My experience was amazing because of Big John. Turner needs to reward him for his professionalism, because people like him are rare. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Big John knew exactly what he was doing, was able to find the leak and repair it in less than 6 hours. Super Professional! If you work with Turner request Big John!!

I've had them come twice in the last 6 months. Each time has been an excellent experience. True old fashion customer service you don't hardly see anymore. Promised that he will install, but after removing the old one, they didn't know what they were doing, got lost. and we were charged for their unknown knowledge in installation. it was a joke.

I am living in a new build, this company installed the plumbing in my home, I got their number off of my water heater tank, after 2 years I have an issue with my faucet leaking, called them to get a quote on repairs as I figured that since they are the installers that it would make sense to stay with them, even though they have plumbing repairs listed as a service on their website I was told by the person that answered the phone that they are only doing new builds- ok if that's the case, update your website or add a note to your site that during the pandemic that you are only performing limited services- this is very misleading.

We had a leak and didn’t know where it was coming from. They happened to be in the area and arrived in five minutes. Detected the problem immediately. Hot water needed to be shut off. They returned the next morning and repaired the problem. I cannot day enough good things about Losco Plumbing. Very reliable, neat and they know their business. I highly recommend them.

I called Nelson Plumbing to come out and fix a leaking valve. They were not able come out, but recommended another company. It's a measure of good business that even when a company cannot 'fix' your problem, they are still trying to 'solve' your problem.

Had to get my garbage disposal replaced and went to Home Depot for a new one. Had it installed and Jake B was my service tech, he was on time and completed the job very quickly. He corrected a mistake that was made on the initial installment years ago. Also gave me some good tips on installing my new dishwasher myself. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Good people and honest

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

This person pulled out in front of us on 200 west nearly causing an accident, no regards to the right away or traffic laws, then actually hoked at us! If this is what type of people they employee beware
