Best New Home Construction in Jacksonville FL

Had my three bath house re piped. The guys were punctual and worked hard. As a retired pipefitter I was watching them like a hawk. No need to. The pipe is installed properly and looks good. I highly recommend this company.

The dishwasher in my new house was hooked up to the drain pipe incorrectly and the sink drain was set up very haphazardly by the previous owners. Turner was able to get me an appointment quickly, arrived on time, and fixed my issues within the first hour. Super friendly staff and happy to answer questions.

They came by and completed the job efficiently. They were professional and answered my questions.

I am trying to reach this company for my plumbing issue because my builder recommended it. But third time I am calling and no one cares to pick up the call. I have lest 2 voice mail and still no response. What's the point of being in business when no one cares to pick up the phone.

They were asap and took care of my problem. I have them saved in my contacts in case of another emergency. A plus plus they are on call 24 hours.

I would definitely recommend presto plumbing because they’re on time, and very professional. Mr. Jacob came in this morning I showed him my issue with our faucet and where it started leaking. He was knowledgeable of what needed to be done and fixed it in like 10mins! Super nice guy and got the job done.

Super nice place! Good parking and clean bathrooms. One employee there is probably the absolute most beautiful man I have ever seen in a mirror. If you happen to go there and he's there, lucky you! It's also a pretty nice place to work, if you're good enough.

I stumbled on Delta Mechanical and I'm sure glad I did! I requested an installation of a new gas water heater from Home Depot and Delta Mechanical is the contractor that HD uses for this service. I requested the install on Sunday and Delta Mechanical called me back almost immediately. The customer service person was very polite and professional, she gave me a quote over the phone and scheduled me for an install the next day, even though it was the Labor Day holiday. The time window was reasonable, between 12-4pm, and the quote was in line with what google said was the average cost of the tank replacement including permitting, labor, removal of the old tank, etc. Today, when Stefan P., the installation pro, arrived he got the job done in approximately an hour, and even fixed an issue with the pipes that I didn't even know I had. He was very nice and professional as well, and arrived just after 12 so I really didn't have to wait at all. Even though replacing the hot water heater wasn't on my holiday list of things to do, Delta Mechanical made it very painless. This is the first time I've used them but from this one interaction, I highly recommend this business. I'm definitely keeping their contact information handy for future use.

Andy was a spot on professional. Super detailed. Prompt estimate and follow up. The other contractors on our job site even noted to me the care and detail he had in his work. They said it was rare. He solved numerous plumbing issues on my project, some required above and beyond. Highly recommend Andy and Monument Plumbing Opertations to all my friends who are in need a a great Plumber.

Great service

Pricey, they did not give any estimate on the phone or before starting the job. Was told minimum for one job was $250 labor and after job was done. He Spent 2 hours at site and labor cost was $510. Not happy with final bill. I do not recommend this company.

Good people and honest

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

This person pulled out in front of us on 200 west nearly causing an accident, no regards to the right away or traffic laws, then actually hoked at us! If this is what type of people they employee beware
