Joshua was very professional and on time. he was willing to dig to find my septic tank lid and cleaned it out. He covered it back with dirt and was very nice to work with. Several septic companies I have called out would not even dig to find the septic lid. I would definitely recommend and use again

It was expensive, but we did have an emergency and we called late and it was the weekend so it was understandable. Miguel was super nice, very professional and was able to fix the issue. Would definitely recommend.

I had a leak in my shower faucet and a cracked tub. The woman I spoke with on the phone was friendly and got me into their schedule quickly and kept updated. The gentleman that came to my place was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Got the work done in a couple of hours, cleaned up after himself and my tub looked brand new with the reseal!

These guys have helped keep my house cool and improved my quality of life. It sounds extreme but I did not knowhow many ssues I was having .They repaired my duct work and added coolant to my unit. I will be recommending them for any issue to anyone that asks.

Matt and his attendant (sorry I don't recall his name) was very helpful. Matt explained the process and made sure that I understood my options. Once I made my decision, they got to work. Even though, they came to resolve one issue. They fixed the other issue that came up as well (a snake was evolved). I had a good experience even though I paid more than I intended to. ?

I called with a plumbing emergency and they responded within 2 hours. Mike did a great job of replacing a broken pipe connected to an outside faucet. He minimized the damage to the bathroom drywall and cleaned up afterwards. The pricing was fair and thoroughly explained ahead of time. They are now my go to plumbers. Well done.

Had to have my HVAC system replaced. They came out, discussed the issues and options. Had the complete system replaced 3 days later. Great service and very personable.

W.W. Gay replaced the drain pan at my one bedroom condominium in Jacksonville, FL. I assumed that the company was fair and reputable, but my invoice arrived after the job, in the amount of $2,022.00. Yes, over two thousand dollars to replace a drain pan. When I complained about the cost, after several calls and emails, they dropped the price by $200.00 if I paid within 10 days. I paid, but the price is way, way above the national average cost to replace a drain pan, which ranges from $250 to $575.

We are very pleased with our new AC system. Shaun helped us selecting the right unit & the installation crew was fantastic. Out AC spreads of hot or cool are perfect.
