FINALLY!!! A skilled and honest plumber.Until now, I had nearly given up on finding an honest plumbing company. There are many scammers out there and I've experienced my fair share amongst the plumbers. Most without actual skill.I followed up on a referral from a friend about Duck Duck Rooter. The first thing that impressed me was they were actually able to give me an accurate time window for their arrival.They sent an experienced person who actually knew what he was doing. A true professional.They sent Ryder. He is very skilled at his profession and quickly solved the problem without wasting time. Better yet, he was fully prepared. I cannot say that about any other plumbing company whom I've experienced. As a bonus, he is a kind person.For once, I am actually impressed with a plumbing company. You can bet that I'll call Duck Duck Rooter for all my plumbing needs. I'm definately telling all my friends about them.

Update:After my prior review relating to the trip charge, Nikki from Swift Brothers reached out to me and tried to earn my business so I'd thought I'd give them a try. They seemed eager to earn my business and I appreciated that.They had a next day opening which would have been great, but I had a scheduling conflict so got a slot the day after next between 12pm and 4pm. I was surprised when I got an automated email then a call from the plumber around 9:30 am letting me know they were on the way and 20 minutes out. No worries, fortunately I was home, and better to have an early plumber than a late one or a no-show!Plumber arrived, was polite & professional, and ready to work. I explained the job, received and accepted the on-site estimate which was explained clearly, and work got under way. I was very pleased so far and Swift Brothers would have earned a five star review had it not been for two things.First, when moving the new toilet into the bathroom, the plumber cornered the toilet too hastily, hitting the tile wall and breaking a corner tile on the doorway. My heart instantly sank. Accidents do happen, it wasn't intentional, and I did receive a verbal apology - however it doesn't change the fact that my vintage 1958 bathroom with original tile which was in good condition and survived intact since Dwight D. Eisenhower was President is now damaged in an obvious spot for no good reason. So now I have the new unwanted project plus the added expense of trying to source a replacement corner tile of matching color and finish, and then finding a tile contractor to extract the broken tile and install the new one in order to bring my vintage bathroom back to its full glory. That is, assuming I'm ever able to find a replacement corner tile that matches. I almost expected a discount due to the damage, but in reality no discount would of really made up for the time and cost I will expend fixing this.The other issue and reason why I cannot give a more positive review, is that I noticed the toilet would run about every 60 seconds. I wasn't sure if this repetitive drain/fill cycle was a due to defective toilet or an installation issue. Before leaving, the plumber tested many flushes, but never waited very long between each flush. I called Kohler, the maker of my toilet, they are sending a replacement canaster thinking it was defective. Not wanting to wait almost a week over a holiday weekend with a constantly running toilet, I pulled out the installation instructions I saved and started investigating the inside to the toilet to see if there was anything I could do in the interim. Ended up that the inside components needed to be tuned and adjusted properly. I needed to adjust the float to match the canaster fill line and adjust the lever chain to be correct length so the rubber seal on the canaster makes contact where the water drains out. After I did those two things, the toilet stopped draining and refilling on its own. Simple enough and easy fix, but not something I'd expect to have to do after just having a toilet professionally installed.Overall, this ended up being a mixed bag. I had a leak in my shower faucet and a cracked tub. The woman I spoke with on the phone was friendly and got me into their schedule quickly and kept updated. The gentleman that came to my place was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Got the work done in a couple of hours, cleaned up after himself and my tub looked brand new with the reseal!

Of course, during the hottest weeks my company's office AC went down. Another company quoted me one price to replace while Campbells did it for THREE THOUSAND $$LESS!!! AND, they were responsive, professional and did great installation work. Thanks to Robert and the crew!

I called to get a quote and make an appointment. I was told I would get a quote once the workers arrived to see the job ? I needed two faucets hooked up. I had already purchased the faucets and no other parts were needed. Upon showing up, the plumber wanted to see what the job would be. They quoted me a price of 858.54, I said that seems very high! He immediately drops 50 diollars, ?then 100 dollars, ?then calls his manager to drop even more. Against my better judgement, I let them do the work, only because I needed my kitchen back.I called Fenwick and left two messages to speak to a manager, which I never heard back. Shame on Fenwick for being so greedy. We won’t be using them again.

We had to wait a day for them to come out, but that was due to the amount of other jobs they had on their books. The techs were fast and efficient. They fixed our broken pipe and made improvements to ensure the issue wouldn`t happen again. I couldn`t ask for better work.

Brayn Burr went above and beyond to help me get set up with my Nest Thermostat in my house . He help me get set up on my App and did all this when I was away from my home .

OUTSTANDING service from problem diagnosis to review of replacement options (capability vs price) to installation.Sales Rep (Brandon) provided a VERY comprehensive list of options for us to consider to replace our 5 Ton system. He invested all the time we required to fully consider pros and cons of all options without any pressure to purchase any specific system. He answered our questions candidly and comprehensively so that in the end, we were fully comfortable with the choice of system we made and purchased.Installation (Kevin) was completed professionally and clean-up completed beyond my expectations. Kevin provided us a complete overview of the new system and thermostat ensuring we were comfortable with the operation of the new system. He also went over all our paperwork very completely and when done, made sure we had no questions before he departed.Overall, I'd HIGHLY recommend Donovan Heat & Air. We've been customers for 10 years and this system replacement confirmed why we continue to be VERY satisfied customers and will bring any future Heat & Air business to the Donovan team.

Dave was fantastic. Was very knowledgeable and courteous as performed quick, successful troubleshooting and explained what he was doing and why throughout his service activity. AC issue was resolved quickly and without any further issue over the next 2 days.
