Hired for my parents' home, parents were told they couldn't be in home while repair was performed. Out of town a week and came back to trash left inside and out, floor filthy, items removed and stacked wildly from cabinets and not replaced, and a new hole in their floor. This on top of a huge bill. Absolutely horrible, please do not use.

Very expensive. They charge way too much for the work actually performed. Reach out to more honest companies. There are many out there.

Just moved into home in St Augustine area and had some air conditioner trouble. I had used Fenwick home services for my water heater so I called them for the A/C unit. They are a joy to work with for scheduling. Very easy to schedule and very prompt. Ryan Mayhan was prompt, professional, very complete, and not in a rush to just finish. He did outstanding work and I would be very happy to use Fenwick Home services again and Ryan for all my A/C needs.

Highway Robbers! My quote was $360.00 to change a washer( using my parts from Moen lifetime warranty)on a bathroom sink faucet. I also got a long lecture on how they are insured if the sink is damaged to explain the high price. I called a local handyman who did the job for $80! :(

Contacted Brandon Zaharie about a quote for a new unit. Extremely professional, knowledgable and detailed. He gave me all the options, i got a few more quotes and Donovan Heating and Air just stood out above the rest! Called Brandon about a week later and he set it up. Professional install, very detailed and its running great! Shout out to the team Alex and David! Will be a customer for life!

Attracting customers is the easy part. Keeping them is the hard part. After originally posting a positive review, I am revising it due to over a year of follow up services that weren't so positive. Everything from not showing up for appointments to not being able to provide replacement filters for an electrostatic system they sold me, I've given up on these guys.- Original Post -I recently had my whole HVAC system replaced along with installing a new water heater. These guys did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone asking. You won't go wrong with Wade and his crew.
