Had a tankless hot water heater go out. They came in the next morning and installed a new unit. Professional installation, great service at a fair price. Will use them in the future and have already told some friends about them. I have found over the years the quality of the work is usually dictated by the organization and neatness of the service truck. See attached photographs.

I would highly recommend Peyton Plumbing. All of the drains started backing up into the house late in the evening, we tried everything we could to fix it without success. We called Scotty with Peyton Plumbing in the morning and he was here a few hours later. The problem was found quickly and was fixed in less than an hour. We haven't had a problem since so we are very pleased with the service. He was very professional, explained what the problem was and what was done to fix the issue.

We called them to the rescue after our remodeling project went rogue on us! We had a no-show plumber from another company, missing parts that needed to be ordered and new appliances to connect all that had been scheduled with other vendors that dropped the ball. We made a frantic call on a Saturday morning and they took the reins, got the right parts and put it all together for us. Kept us in the loop every step and were a delight to do business with. You need to make Bert Norman your go-to plumber. We certainly have!

We extended the shower tile around our master tub to create a wet room. This meant our tub handles and hand shower has to be removed until the wall tile was installed. Then it had to be reinstalled but the thickness of the wall has changed.Dan was able to anticipate the right extension part for the hand shower and reinstall it. In addition he saved me nearly $400 in parts by figuring out how to reinstall the handles without using extension parts.Then he quickly cleaned out and adjusted four shower heads in four bathrooms to increase water flow.Dan is easy to communicate with and has a dry sense of humor. He is solid, can be trusted, and rakes good care of our property.I highly recommend d this company snd know others who have similar personal experiences.
