Best Flood Damage in Jacksonville FL

WE waited 4 hours for service rep to arrive and when he did he did not have the part necessary to make the repairs. The customer rep who spoke with my wife (Lynette) was extremely rude and unprofessional and we will never use this service again.The repairman (Dallas) was very polite and apologized for not having the part but his 10 minute visit cost us $130.00 and problem not fixed.Thanks for nothing Roto-Rooter.

Josh is a awesome plumber. I had been dealing with a leak in my upstairs tub for over a month and one plumber had already came out here and said that my ceiling would need to be cut so he could get to the pipe. Josh came and he re-examined the tub and he fixed it without having to cause any more damage to my house and he saved My house from any more damage. Thank you
