I called 5 plumbers that told me that they couldn't replace my leaking water heater for 1-2 weeks. I called Duck Duck and they sent Robert out that day. We was very professional and did an outstanding job. I will be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

After a big name plumber refused to give me an estimate for a toilet replacement, I looked up a local plumber. He gave multiple scenarios and cost ideas. Arrived 10 minutes early, knocked the job out quickly, and over-delivered on his estimate. Absolutely amazing experience!

I recently hired Atlantic Coast to remodel my master bathroom. They completely removed all the existing tile and fixtures, installed new tile on the floor and shower area, rebuilt, tiled, and installed a new tub, and then installed a new shower enclosure and new fixtures. The guys worked all day every day until it was complete. They did a wonderful job making recommendations for design and fixture placement, their tile work is excellent, and they cleaned up every day--leaving my house as clean as possible, considering drywall and tile dust are inevitable with a renovation like this. Vann is wonderful to work with, and his crew Drew, Jimmy, Chris, Kyle, Melvin, and Bob the plumber are so nice, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks for your great work!

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

This company was working on a project in a townhouse next to me, and left a backhoe parked at my back door for 8 days where I've been planting grass seed. On the day I was about to contact them, they finally showed up to take it. However, the trash I stared at for over a week in their cupholders is now thrown on the ground. Scumbags! I used to install underground utilities and if we disturbed anything, we put it back the way it was. On what planet do you abandon construction equipment for a week at any residence and toss your trash on the ground when you leave? Come back and get your Arizona iced tea and bottled water.

Daniel, Royce, and Tracy were amazing! I scheduled a routine leak fix for my washer connections. Daniel promptly arrived at 8:30 repaired the leak in a timely manner. I checked on the laundry later that afternoon and noticed the stem had sprung a new leak. I called Tracy in a panic, water was leaking down my wall! Both her people were on another job but she had a partner at my house within 10 minutes to turn off the water. An hour later Royce shows up to start the repairs. Daniel swings by to help, they get the everything up and running with no additional cost to me. Truly amazing service, I highly recommend their company. Great people, doing honest work.

Very excellent service

As a recent widow, I was so pleased to find a plumbing Company that was responsive, honest and professional. Dan replaced my garbage disposal after walking me through troubleshooting to ensure I needed his services, and then replaced a faucet I forgot to address until he was here!

We were in need of having the septic tank pumped out and the pump alarm sounded continuously. After calling several plumbers we called Gator Well & Septic who was able to handle all of our needs.They were quick to send out a technician who pumped out the system, tested the pumps and confirmed the problem was that the pumps.
