Best Filter Replacement in Jacksonville FL

I called Mr. Rooter because I wanted to swap out a utility sink. The plumber came out to the house and gave my wife an estimate for $700.00 dollars. I came home from a 8 month deployment the next day and swapped the sink out in 15 min. I feel that the plumber was trying to take advantage of my wife. It’s know way in the world that should have cost $700.00. I’m totally disappointed in Mr. Rooter and will not refer them to any of my co-workers or friends.Mr. Spears

Terrible service. Steve came out to my store to assess a problem I was having with the sink and toilet. He gave me the vaguest of answers before giving me his card and leaving my problem unresolved. I called the next day and asked for him. His secretary told me he'd call me back. Never heard from him.

John and his crew did a great job. Very knowledgeable and professional. They suggested upgrades while performing the re-pipe, but did not push or try to hard sell me. I had an unreleated problem on the weekend during the re-pipe. John dispatched a technician promptly and quickly resolved this issue, giving me much needed temporary water until the job could be completed. If I have any other issues I will not hesitate to call and use Griffin.
