I needed an urgent fix on a Saturday. There was a leak in my PVC pipe right next to the meter in my front yard was getting a little flooded. I had jea come by to shut off the water. I called Griffin service at 1:30pm, and they said they could help but it would be quite later in the day, but I was so relieved to hear they would be coming out within the same day. They made it out at around 8:45 pm and did an amazing job. Very grateful for their service.

Low and behold I have been with Griffin since. All of the services are TOP SHELF WHITE GLOVE type of treatment. From booking the appointment to completion of the job. I am a loyal Griffin Club member and would not want anyone else to maintain the productive efficiency of the products in my home. I upgraded my entire HVAC system nearly a year ago with them and getting service completed today by DAVID who was outstanding also!! Thank you Griffin for being a company that I can trust!

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

I had them give me a quote on several different things I needed done on a house I had just bought. I got the quote/contract, signed it, and paid half upfront. The workers showed up and did a very good job. After he had finished all the work he handed me the contract in order to pay the remaining balance and I saw that they had added over $200 without ever discussing it with me in advance. They did knock some of the price off because it didn't take them as many hours as they estimated so in reality the original quote should have been lower but I still wound up paying more than I should have. Despite that I called them to come back and give me another estimate on some additional work and while the estimator was here I mentioned the added money to the other contract and he said he would discuss it with the owner get back with me. That was over 2 months ago and I have not heard from anyone. I've called twice since then and asked for Mason (the estimater) but he will not speak to me nor will he return my calls. Very unprofessional.

We are very pleased with our new AC system. Shaun helped us selecting the right unit & the installation crew was fantastic. Out AC spreads of hot or cool are perfect.
