The best service I've ever used! I was in an emergency situation where I couldn't shut the water off. I called other plumbers and was told it wouldn't be till tomorrow before they could come out. I called Swift and the lady that answered the phone was like sure we have someone who can come, got a little info from me and a min after hanging up I received a text of who my plumber would be and about a min after that James called and said he was five minutes away! From the time of the phone call till he came was no more than 10 minutes! Where can you find service like that? That was amazing! Thank you so much!

Eric tested and quickly identified my AC issue as a failed 13 year old zone board that was causing a fuse to burn out within the HVAC system. The new zone board was installed, tested and confirmed to correct the issue. The AC is working again. I'm always impressed by the knowledge and skills demonstrated by the Snyder technicians. Eric has a professional and personable style that provides excellent customer service and makes him a very valuable member of the Snyder team and me a satisfied customer!

I had a fabulous experience with Donovan Air, Electric & Plumbing. Sadly, I needed a new AC. Steve was fantastic going over the options and what would be best for my space, while being considerate of budget concerns. I then had the pleasure of having Zach and Nate install the new AC system. Both were very professional and demonstrated their knowledge by being very thorough with the installation. Zach also took the time to go over the new unit and encouraged me to ask any questions I may have. He provided answers to all of my questions. All three even put up with my little dog, who likes to bark at strangers. I think my wife and I were more annoyed with the barking than they were. Anyway, I have nothing but good things to say about Donovan Air, Electric & Plumbing. All three employees were great, price was good, and installation was done in a very timely manner. Thank you, Steve, Zach, and Nate! You represent your company with quality and professionalism, I greatly appreciate that.

Hired for my parents' home, parents were told they couldn't be in home while repair was performed. Out of town a week and came back to trash left inside and out, floor filthy, items removed and stacked wildly from cabinets and not replaced, and a new hole in their floor. This on top of a huge bill. Absolutely horrible, please do not use.
