Extremely professional, prompt, and amazing work!!

The tech was responsive and professional. He identified the problem and called me with recommendations. Unfortunately the valve broke when removing it late in the day, so they were back first thing the next day to repair the pipe and install the new hardware. Great experience!! I would hire again!!

A flush-mount ceiling fan had a bad wobble that had progressed into wild swinging (think plane propeller sailing off its shaft). Scary and dangerous! Right above the bed no less! (Needless to say. no using THAT fan despite Florida's hot humidity!)While I've a good working knowledge of ceiling fans, Dustin was most helpful in explaining finer points -- even going as far as to show me a modern fan box that my fan lacks! He was friendly, helpful, disassembled and tightened things up efficiently and skillfully.As for Snyder, they were fantastic to deal with! While there were stressful rescheduling issues, they handled those well by apologizing, keeping me informed at every step and fulfilling the need in a timely manner. And their rate was reasonable! Quality work from a quality company. Highly recommend and would without hesitation use their services again.

After getting a new counter top with an undermounted sink, none of the plumbing aligned and was in very close tolerance of the pipe exiting the wall. I called my GC Schofield Home Improvement and he recommended I call Bert Norman Plumbing. I called on a Friday night and they were at my house by 11:00 AM the next morning. Theresa was very courteous and professional when gathering my info and explaining the additional charge for a weekend call. We had no problem paying the additional fee. That was money well spent. Jason the technician arrived as scheduled. He quickly made an assessment and had to go back out to obtain some specialty fittings. He got everything fixed up and also answered some other questions I had about the the plumbing in the house and the operation of the water softener. Great company, everyone was a pleasure to deal with and the quality is top notch . I highly recommend Bert Norman's plumbing.

The team showed up in force early. They worked for nearly 13 hours straight replacing two AC systems. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The price was almost half that of the competition with a better system. Before leaving They cleaned up and made sure we knew how to work the systems.

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

I had a great experience with this handyman service. They were able to fix my leaking faucet quickly and effectively. The handyman was also very friendly and gave me some great tips on how to prevent future leaks. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely use this service again.
