Best Drain Backup in Jacksonville FL

I am very upset with this company. I told them over the phone that I have an undetectable leak and wanted to know how much would be to get it fixed. They told me they were going to send out a plumber and it would be a free estimate. When he got here before he even got started he said he needed $400. I advise him that I was told that it was a free estimate and he said the estimate is free but the detection is 400. I sent him on his way would not recommend this company have already talked to another plumber and it's going to be fixed. How can you say you're going to give a free estimate when you haven't even checked to see what's wrong and you want $400 up front

The guys came and fixed the problems I been having in the pipes they were very friendly and professional and did a amazing job I definitely would use and recommend them for any future issues I would have do to the plumbing.

Russell called to let me know he was on the way. My kitchen sink was clogged. He determined the problem was in the pipes and cleared it quickly. He was careful to keep the work area clean and dry. He even asked if I had a broom and dishpan to clean up.Russell was very professional and took time to answer all our questions.I will use Swift Brothers Plumbing in the future and recommend them to others.

Hired for my parents' home, parents were told they couldn't be in home while repair was performed. Out of town a week and came back to trash left inside and out, floor filthy, items removed and stacked wildly from cabinets and not replaced, and a new hole in their floor. This on top of a huge bill. Absolutely horrible, please do not use.

I had no water running in my house and called Bert’s and they scheduled someone to come out within the next two hours after I called. My husband and I spent all day on this pump and finally found the issue right after Bert’s called and said tech was on the way. I was extremely fortunate to have them not charge me service fee to come out and they’ve definitely earned my business with their customer service and efficiency. Thanks guys

Econo-Rooter did an awesome job fixing my toilet. The gentleman was on time, and was quick to fix the problem. He was very patient, and took time to answer some questions about another problem I am having. I will use Econo-Rooter for any other plumbing issues that I might have. I had a plumming issue that needed to be taken care of ASAP. They said they would send someone within the hr. Their tech Greg was here in 20 mins. He was quick and polite. Cleaned up afterwards, I thought it was awesome how he put everything from under the sink right back to where it was! Thank you for fixing my sink. Affordable and quality service.
