If you need a new septic system, then I think Duck Duck Rooter is the best. They did a first rate job and were able to work with me with my hectic schedule.

He was very professional, and took his time with our old faucet. We were afraid that he would not be able to get the seats out because it’s so old, but he was able to replace them! We are so very happy with the care he took and that more work was not needed. Thank you so much! Would hire again!

Had a leak under our kitchen sink behind the cabinets. It unfortunately wasn’t a simple fix for us, so our landlord sent A-1 over and they had our leak fixed and cabinets repaired that afternoon. While we didn’t have to pay for it (renting) I’d suggest them to anyone.

This company is the worst! The owners are rude and they are racist! A man by the name of Richard is extremely rude to his employees and overall the job itself isn’t bad but the employees are HORRIBLE! I wouldn’t recommend anyone working there or shopping with them!

I had Snyder come out for a tune up of a working AC unit. I get home and my house is 76 degrees while it was set to 72. I’ve never had this problem in the 2+years of living here. I walk outside to condenser and it isn’t even on. There is no power to unit. I now can’t get ahold of anyone to come back out to fix the issue that they caused.

I recently had some maintenance and air duct cleaning done with Zack from Donovan on my house in Ponte Vedra beach. I must say that their customer service is amazing and their technicians are very well trained. After having another company go out and misdiagnosed the issues, dovovan was extremely informative and got the problem solved. I would highly recommend Donovan heating and air for any HVAC needs. Called on a Wednesday and they had an opening between 9 and 11 that Friday. At 9:05 my doorbell rang and Chris was very polite when I answered the door. He quickly determined that our issue was not a plumbing issue but an hvac issue but still checked behind our washer which is where we thought the original issue was just to be sure. Afterwards he measured from where our hvac unit was to where the leak was and also advised us to have someone take care of the black mold that has been caused by this issue. I hope to never have a plumbing issue but I know if I do I will be calling these guys due to the fact that they were on time, efficient, polite and didn’t try to give me a run around.

W.W. Gay replaced the drain pan at my one bedroom condominium in Jacksonville, FL. I assumed that the company was fair and reputable, but my invoice arrived after the job, in the amount of $2,022.00. Yes, over two thousand dollars to replace a drain pan. When I complained about the cost, after several calls and emails, they dropped the price by $200.00 if I paid within 10 days. I paid, but the price is way, way above the national average cost to replace a drain pan, which ranges from $250 to $575.

I just wanted to thank Steve and Chad who did an amazing job on staining our fence. They paid attention to detail and I will definitely request them for my next project.
