Eric Brantner did an excellent job unplugging my drain on the roof. He worked on finding septic tank opening. Recommended septic tank be emptied by Darrel Crews. I appreciate the quality work & high standards of Harry Hayes' employees.

Lettow plumbing is absolutely fantastic. They did a complete overhaul of the drainage in our home and I could not be more thankful for their hard work and absolute professionalism end to end.After 5 different plumbing companies (one of which damaged my kitchen flooring) Chris and his team were the only ones who were able to correctly diagnose and repair the problem. The plumbing in our entire home is now repaired and working again after almost two years of chasing issues.What I like best about their team is they are the only plumbing company I have interacted with that gave me a positive impression from the start. They had nice new trucks, the team was uniformed and they were all nice, polite, and highly skilled. I could not ask for more.This is VERY hard to find in Jacksonville.Going forward, they are the only plumbing I will use in Jacksonville. Chris, thank you guys so much for all the hard work!!! You guys are the best!!

BEST remodeling experience ever! Did a lot of research before I hired them and it has been the best experience that I have ever had with contractors! Great Service! He built and installed our house water softener and filter in 2017. Technically savy , professional, and responsive to questions in a timely manner even 1 1/2 yrs after installation.

Alex was a true professional as was Nicole and everyone I spoke with from Rock Solid Plumbing, fast appointment, reasonable price, quick repair and a pleasure to work with. I will be using this company for any future plumbing issues.

Couldn't get beyond the initial two calls! Should have checked reviews FIRST. Also, this company has an “F” rating with BBB. Was assigned to this company by American Home Shield. An argumentative rep, Jason, called re appointment. It would not be scheduled until more than 48 hrs later. After we were disconnected, he did not call back so I called back, no answer, then called American Home Shield to let them know. I finally (my call) contacted All Hours again, reached the same man with whom I initially spoke. He went further to express his displeasure that I thought we were disconnected (call was cut-off mid-sentence) stating that he was sorry I expected good-bye at the end of the call. When he continued with his less than professional customer service behavior, it was mutually agreed that I would request a different plumbing company from American Home Shield. I would not recommend this company if that man is representative of their service. I had to tell him, while he continued to aggressively argue with me (the paying customer) to get off his high horse! Enough already! I advised AHS of his name and specific complaints, they reassigned my service call, and the plumber from the different company will be out tomorrow morning (less than 24 hrs later, and with no attitude or arguments). Beware a rude initial encounter. Next time I will check reviews and BBB ratings before American Shield dumps a low rated company on me. Lesson learned!

Recommend! They called before heading my way, were upfront about cost and honest about not doing unnecessary work.

January 6th on Philips highway heading east a lane was closed and every one had to merge a Baldwins plumbing truck was incredibly aggressive and wouldn’t let me merge matching my speed and blocking me out after I spent at least 2 minutes signaling.
