Gave great service and was very fair

I was told by another company that I need all my pipes replaced. Called Lettow or a quote. John came out to check my pipes and water pressure. Turns out everything was replaced before I brought the house. He could have taken advantage of me put didn't. I will be using Lettow for all my plumbing needs.

The owner of American Plumbing Randy Miller it's probably one of the greatest man I've ever known in my life. Having work from Mr Miller and saw all the things that he did to help me as a single parent under his employment. Give me the opportunity over time to go into business for myself. The lessons I learned from him of leadership and compassion I carry on to this day in my own business. Thank you Mr Miller I'm sure you don't remember me but you changed my life.. this man is honest and respectable and so is the entire family.

The gentlemen that came to service our home Andrew & Tyler are amazing. We will be calling back Betros Plumbing to use there services in the the future. They are an awesome team!!

Bruce Hartsfield came out for a second trip to help us fix an ongoing problem and was the most knowledgeable person and very friendly. He explained everything in detail and it was a very helpful visit. He is an excellent plumber and it was very nice to work with him :)!

Electrical work - bad breaker replacement going to be using them in the future for additional electrical work for outdoor spa. Awesome ?

As a recent widow, I was so pleased to find a plumbing Company that was responsive, honest and professional. Dan replaced my garbage disposal after walking me through troubleshooting to ensure I needed his services, and then replaced a faucet I forgot to address until he was here!

The lady who answered was definitely unprofessional. She hung up on me. I was looking for a plumber- WOW! Not a good approach to increasing its customer base. Unbelievable.
