Sr Tech Leon Parker was Outstanding. He called before and informed me of his ETA. Whe he arrived I showed hin the unit and left him to his work. With in 1/2 an hour he checked cleaned and serviced the unit that Griffen installed in 2018.
I like and will couninue ro have my unit serviced by Griffen. Thank you.

Not the cheapest service in Jax, but they have almost always responded promptly and effectively to issues when they’ve arisen. Also have a good maintenance plan, which in Florida is a must in my opinion

We had the misfortune of having two plumbing issues back to back. We also had the good fortune of contacting Bert Normans plumbing. Office staff was very helpful with excellent communications. On both occasions for service the plumbing technicians were timely, cordial and professional. After their evalution of the problems, they explained what was needed and what it would cost. All in all, we are very pleased.

I just had Farrell's Mechanical install a natural gas tankless water heater and gas stove. When I first started the process of getting gas appliances I called several of the contractors that supposedly honored the Teco water heater program. Several of the contractors came out to give me an estimate only to find out they wouldn't honor the Teco program...even though it was one their own websites. I called Farrell's Mechanical...they came out and gave me an estimate that was a lot cheaper than the big companies. He honored the Teco program and he worked very well with Teco. Once Teco installed the gas meter, Farrell called me to schedule the installation. He was on time for the appointment and started work right away. By early afternoon I had hot water and a new stove installed at the exact price he quoted me. He provided an electrician to do the electrical work and properly ground the gas line to protect my house. Everything was done in a very professional manner. He hauled off the old water heater and cleaned up any mess. I save a lot of money by using Farrell's...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FARRELL'S MECHANICAL!!! They did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

The folks that did the actual work did the repairs well. That being said dealing with the office staff was no fun. They ignored what I wanted done first, left things off the work order and argued with me over the phone instead of smoothing things out. I won't be using them again.

We are very pleased with our new AC system. Shaun helped us selecting the right unit & the installation crew was fantastic. Out AC spreads of hot or cool are perfect.
