Will, was the plumber who came out to install a faucet and main water shut off valve to my condo. He was professional, expert, and worked quickly in order to save me money. Everything was done perfectly and cleaned up perfectly after the job was done! Will went the extra mile to find the underground shutoff valve for the water for the condominium building I live in even though that should have been done before he got there. Will, it's a complete asset to this company and if you want great work done this is the guy to do it!

I don’t even know how to begin. But here goes. I had a brand new house built, presto plumbing was the plumber. We closed on the house, there was a couple problems with the plumbing which is understandable. First one no faucet in the master tub. It was kind of difficult to schedule them to come out to finish the job also. And this is where the fun begins!! They came out installed the faucet, The faucet was too close to the wall. And the pushed the title back. Cracked the mortar. Was told evidently the tub was installed incorrectly. There is no water at all coming out the hot side. The cold side has scalding hot water coming out. Which brakes CODE because it doesn’t go through the mixing valve. Or whatever they call it. So they left.Reschedule them to come out. No call no show. Wasted all day waiting on themReschedule again. Came out for five minutes took pictures left.Reschedule again. No call no show AGAIN! Wasted all day waiting on them again.Now come to find out the two sinks don’t have cold water. And the hot water comes out on the cold side. Me and my wife both work for the Navy. So scheduling times isn’t convenient. Especially when this isn’t warranty work this is still construction work that was not completed. I read y’all were veteran owned. I don’t see the understanding of scheduling times here. I hope this gets resolved. Thank you

I am very impressed with the company, considering the research I have done for my project. The scheduling was reasonable and accommodating. Zack arrived on time and completed the job quicker than anticipated. Besides the efficiency and great quality of his work, he had excellent customer service skills, as well as refreshing sense of humor. I will be hiring Kimball plumbing (Zack, in particular) for multiple future projects that I have planned.

Recently hired Atlantic Coast Plumbing and Tile for the renovation of my two baths. The bathrooms were torn down to the studs. Tub to walk in shower conversion. My bathrooms are gorgeous! Vann and his crew are a pleasure to work with! Far exceeded my expectations! Vann promised 6 days for each bath & he kept that promise!!

The work done was fine. That is not the problem I experience. They don’t have very good communication. I asked them to come out and do it for what the man that I called quoted, $250. I had no idea the work had been done as they didn’t call me or leave a bill or anything. Four business days later I get an email for the invoice. I checked that the work was done as I had absolutely no idea beforehand! It was for $110 dollar more than we had discussed and no one had even given me a call to notify me when they realized it would be about 40% more than the original quote. So generally unhappy about their customer service.

This is a long review but I feel all the facts need to be stated. We just moved to Jacksonville less than 30 days ago and am still in the process of updating my local vendor list for plumbers, electricians, etcI had a Moen shower faucet stem that broke off when it was being turned off on Thursday evening. I looked online at several YouTube videos and it seemed like a pretty simple fix whereby you take out the cartridge and replace it with a new one. I didn't want to try this out myself as I may damage it further and I thought it would cost between $150 to $250 to fix.I called David Gray Plumbing on Friday morning and they were able to get a plumber out here the same day afternoon to take a look at it.He first told me that he would need to replace the entire joint fixture and for that he would need to break the shower cubicle tile. I suggested that I would prefer if he didn't break any tiles and then he said that he could go in through the sheet rock at the back. He quoted me at first approx $1800. I told him this was more than I had thought it would cost. I also told him that I felt he was replacing the entire engine rather than just the spark plug.I then told him that I would need to get another opinion from different vendors before I proceeded with a decision. I'm GLAD I did. Before he left he gave me an updated quote to fix the issue which included tearing out the sheet rock and fixing the issue which came to $1500+.I contacted another local plumber (Herzer's Plumbing) that same afternoon who has been in business for 60+ years. They were able to schedule an appointment for Monday afternoon. Glenn came out here Monday around noon and within 25 minutes he was able to take the broken cartridge out with his experience and ingenuity.He then replaced it with a new cartridge (without breaking any tiles, sheet rock or anything else). He was done in 45 minutes and I was charged a reasonable $265. BIG DIFFERENCE in price and I don't have to now re-plaster the wall and have it repainted either.Thought I would share my experience with everyone.

Overall a good experience, felt like I was in good hands. Very professional and job looks great. Shout out to David Cox who did the installation with a little help from Will.

First off, this office and their staff are incredible. They're super quick to respond and were always so friendly and helpful regarding any concern or question I had. Secondly, the craftsmanship of their team is wonderful! They took their time and explained everything they were doing so I could understand. It really showed they cared. I'll be recommending them to everyone I know!

Danny came out to my home to install a new sink and finished it in a reasonable time at a fair price. Running flawlessly with no leaks. Will be going back to him for any future services.
