Best Backflow Testing in Jacksonville FL

I had not been able to get hot water in my shower. The valve needed replacing. The cost to replace was well over $550. Service was great but extremely overpriced for my budget. Would have been in the $600 had it not been for discount. I had clear caulking and would have preferred clear but got white.

If there was 10 stars, I would give them 10 stars! They came to my Mom's rescue. Mark was friendly, professional and very courteous. Miranda in the office was so accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend Rolland and look forward to them doing additional plumbing repairs to my Mom's home. Thank you Rolland!

The old hot water died and I called Touchton to have a new one installed. They sold me a new one, installed it and took away the old one for a great price. Dustin, the tech, was professional and courteous. He did a very professional job. I also decided to replace my nephew's old hot water heater too and they performed did the same great job for a great price. Their water heaters are made in U.S.A. too so that's a plus.

Aldridge & Sons are life savers. When our water heater died two days ago, they sent someone out to our house within a couple of hours.

I had signed up to have JEA inspect for backflow preventer. JEA sent Bob's Backflow to do the inspection. Got a call back in Feb that they were at my house and asked me where the backflow preventer was. I had just bought the house and did not know the answer to that question. They said don't worry they will leave some paperwork at the front door. Got home nothing at front door, checked my security cameras and nobody had been on our property all day. Now I get notice from JEA that I failed inspection. How did I fail if they never even came to the house. Had they left something I would have handled it back in Feb. And they got paid through JEA to not go to my house. Extremely shady, do not trust this company.

I called late on Saturday afternoon for a kitchen drain clog. They responded and were here within an hour and took care of the problem. Very reasonably priced. I recommend them highly.

Awesome customer service. I called on a Sunday evening and got their answering service who took down all my info and told me someone would call me back. Less than 20mins later I got a call back and 20 mins after that Greg was at my house. My bathtub faucet would not stop running so I had to turn the main off from outside. I figured the cartridge had to be replaced and it did. I have the Moen model with the white cartridge and if you know about those you know they are pretty hard to remove...I'm pretty handy myself and I still couldn't do it even with the puller I bought from Home Depot. Greg removed and replaced the cartridge. Earlier that day I had tried to fix it myself and lost the key component that slides into the cartridge Greg went back to his house to see if he had the part. Needless to say he came back and had my tub fixed and water running in the house and only charged me for the hr. Absolutely AWESOME! Thank you!
