If you are in the process of purchasing a home and need plumbing inspected, this NOT the place for you. We called twice to get have someone come out for an inspection of and get a quote on a replacing old plumbing. The first call was never returned and during the second call the young lady politely informed us that they will not give quotes unless you own the home. We explained we were purchasing the home and was told we had to be “owners” before they would come out.

Griffin installed an HVAC unit supporting the upper level of our home about three years ago. It became time to replace the unit that supports the lower level of our home and our earlier experience with Griffin was so positive, of course, we contacted them to provide our new unit.Just like our original experience, Kyle very responsively provided us with a proposal that was easy-to-understand. We moved forward with the contract and were delighted that Griffin's technicians arrived the following day. They were well-prepared, on-time, and very courteous. They completed the installation in less than a day, and without any incidents.Griffin would be a great paradigm for any Small Business.

Amazing company! I called to get information on pricing before I was ok for the them to come out and work on my hot blowing AC. The person on the phone was polite and very helpful. He was ready to set me up on an appointment that same day. The day of my appointment I received a text letting me know the tech will be at the house whithin 2 hours the tech was there on time and he worked very quickly on the issue! I recommend Donavan Heat and Air to anyone that needs their AC repairs. Plus they have programs where it helps you maintain your system while saving money.

Despite scheduling days in advance they don't give a window time frame for arrival on appts so I burned a vacation day and spent ALL day waiting. At 3:50pm when I still hadn't heard from them I called and was assured they will be by and they finish all jobs scheduled for the day. 5:40pm came and I got a call saying the tech wouldn't make it because of a busy day and they dont work past 5pm. Thank you for wasting my time! Still no word from you any on at the office despite asking for them to call. Save the we are proud of our customer service reply you copy and paste.
