The rep setting up the appointment was efficient and friendly. The plumber, Gary, came right within the two hour window and texted to let us know the exact arrival time. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and gave some helpful suggestions to avoid further problems. Overall, excellent service.

Ice maker line right? Very simple procedure you would think. I had the refrigerator moved out of the way & the drywall cut for the repair and very clean for the repair person. Didn't need any water line connected or drywall patched. They charged me $276 for the job and around $90 for the valve when in reality it costs only $15 plus a few bucks for glue and couplings. They also charged me to repair drywall when in fact I never requested this. The only reasonable charge was for the cpvc parts: $2 for couplings, etc.I spoke to Kyle and ran through my concerns that I was quoted a little under $200 and I was charged $276, and I didn't ask for a drywall repair and that $80+ for a ice maker valve was extremely ridiculous. He laughed at me and asked if this was all about $40 for additional labor (15 minutes for the drywall repair I didn't ask for). I agreed, but also disagreed with the 300% markup on the water valve part was unfair to us regular people. To be clear, this valve is not made of gold or platinum. Kyle, in the brief convo we had, you were a very condescending person and probably a family member of the biz (I have a few). Trust me, being a nice person goes a long way especially if you consider I need so many plumbing services. You literally laughed at me when I was trying to express the value you didn't provide me.On a $276 job, $40 is extremely significant, Kyle. Especially if you include the 300% markup of the valve. He said he would refund the time it took the tech to patch the drywall ($40), we'll see. I don't think I'll include them on my quote for a new water heater or our sewage drain issue, etc.

Had a great experience with Jon Barr who came out and found the issue with out restaurant grease trap that was not draining he was very knowledgeable and determined to get us back up and running very quickly.Jon had a great attitude and wasn’t giving up to he had us up and going.. thank you so much!!!!

The first time I used them, I called 4 other companies that couldn’t respond for over a week. I had a broken pipe and water everywhere. They showed up immediately and barely charged me anything. Very professional, helpful and kind.I have used them three times now and I recommend them to everyone. The best Plumbing company in Jacksonville and the beaches. I have used all the other big named companies and these guys are far superior and cheaper.

The technician (Joe Byrd) fixed a leak at the coupling at the outside water meter. On the scheduled day of service, I received a text saying that he was on his way, and he arrived shortly thereafter, at about 8:30am. He fixed the leak at the coupling and the issue was resolved, and then he left at approximately 9:30am.However, he charged me $1,500.00 for the job (a 1 hour job to repair a leak)! Originally he quoted $1,700 but then he reduced it down to $1,500. Due to the nature of the plumbing issue (a leak) and the urgency (and also to minimize inconvenience for my tenants who were already without water for a day, as the water had been shut off at the meter due to the leak), I didn't have much of a choice, and wasn't able to shop for competitive estimates, and ultimately had to accept the high fee.I've been a landlord for over 20 years, and have used the services of many plumbers over the years. Never have I been charged so much for so little time!I will not be using Snyder in the future. Please be aware. Their work is fine and he resolved the leak without any issue, but the amount charged for a 1 hour job was simply unreasonable!

I just bought a house in Neptune Beach and the AC seemed like it hadn't been maintained in a while. Jerry was out the next day, did a full evaluation, cleaning, and diagnostic. AC is running great and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Super happy I called them!

We decided to get rid of that old jacuzzi tub and added a 2nd shower head. It is now an ADA walk-in shower 5ft x 10ft w/ 2 benches and a niche. Kyle and Travis did a great job and they cleaned up the area at the end of the day. Very happy with their work!
