Mark W. came out on a Monday, provided us with several options from which to choose (carefully explaining each option so we could make an informed decision), and two days later our humidifier and air purifier are installed and running. After Years of calling around shopping for the cheapest plumber I have pretty much decided to simply call Bell and get the job done right. They are not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I called Bell about getting my outdoor faucet replaced and within hours Todd was ringing my door bell. He was professional and did outstanding work on what turned out to be a challenging job. The final price was actually quite reasonable. I would not go anywhere else. Great staff with no BS. Will definitely use Bell for my next project.

Floyd, William, Elijah and Bert arrived precisely at the time that they said they would and installed an A/C and furnace as well as fixing several other things that were broken that we didn’t even know about in one day/visit!!! They were all professional, personable, knowledgeable and we are extremely happy with all of the results!!! During a remodel in 2020-21, Flowrite did the plumbing work for my project per my contractor. During my first night in my home June 2021, my shower backed up, and the toilet overflowed. After calling my contractor he contacted Flowrite. They refused to accept responsibility and come to my home, to try to fix the problem. My contractor had to contact a couple other companies to put a camera down the drain to find the obstruction. A piece of PVC pipe was retrieved. It had been left in the drain when everything was closed up. The plumber with the camera charged my project/contractor $750. Flowrite again refused to pay for this, even though it was their mess-up leaving a piece of pipe in my drain, for my contractor to pay this bill. I would never hire them for any plumbing needs.

Chris S. did a great job fixing our AC unit. Our unit was a bit different than the standard ones, so parts were a bit hard to find. I thought he would need to come back another day to service the unit cuz he didn't have the parts, but instead he went around looking for the parts so he can get the AC unit fixed that day. He also gave us couple tips on caring for the AC unit. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable...would definitely recommend them to service your AC unit!
