High 5's response to my leaking water pipe was quick and professional. The work performed was satisfactory. However, the cost of the work was excessive. I've personally repaired leaking pipes in the past and knew that the work could be performed in about an hour. When I stated this to the plumber, he acknowledged the repair would be quick and said they go by a flat rate and not hourly. However, considering the cost of the repair was about $500, and accounting for travel time and such, the hourly rate was effectively somewhere between $300 to $500 per hour. And why did I go to engineering school if plumbers are making this kind of money?

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

I would recommend Bell Home Solutions to anyone. Jarrod came on a Sunday to deal with a sudden and unexpected leak in one of our two hot water heaters. He stopped the leak, explained why we needed to replace the heater (which was ten years old), and left us still able to have hot water. Today he returned and replaced the heater (which is a great improvement over the old one). Everything was done on time with clear explanations of the process and the bill. I'll be switching to Bell for the rest of our plumbing work.

Jacob was the best. He explained every detail of what was going on with our furnace. He was good with my children, very friendly. He took a little extra time to guarantee everything he did touch was completely cleaned . We went with a the complete cleaning and restoration package which was very well priced . I am completely satisfied with the service and confident my heat will have no problems for years to come. He was in my home during dinner hours so I feed Jacob , he was very appreciative and had all his manners . Thanks again .

My main line backed up on a Friday. The lady at the office was so sweet and courteous. She promised to get a tech out on the same day. Thanks so much for not making me wait until Monday.
Then Sam came out to snake the line. I can't say enough good things about the guy. He was prompt, professional, and honest. I live in an old house. The cleanout port was inaccessible due to age. But no worries. Rather than tell me at 5 pm on Friday, that he couldn't do the job. Sam came to me and said, hey I can pull the basement toilet and run the snake from there. What a champion! He stayed late on a Friday to make sure the job got done right.
I'll never use any other plumbing company. And neither should you.

Pedro was awesome. Not only was he willing to text with my partner to evaluate the problem and see if he could support us problem solving through it, he was then very available to be out 12 hours later first thing in the morning. He was on time and very friendly and helpful. He was able to simplify what was an imevesssrily complicated initial pipe configuration that we inherited with the purchase of our new home. After getting an under mount sink with some new countertops, the entire under sink piping shifted and would not go back. Pedro not only got everything g reconnected but removed some of the unnecessary pieces. Now our under sink area is functioning great and is more spacious. Will refit let continue to have this company be our go to! Thanks again!

Kyle came to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. He was on time, professional, and fair when it came to his assessment of the issue. I never felt like he was trying to sell me service beyond what I needed. He changed out a part for me and my issue has been fixed. A+

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I could give zero stars! Incompetent techs and even worse customer service!! If you are not pleased with the work the owner will just call and say well call a different company, we don't want to work with you. Our situation is MUCH worse now than it was before they came into our home.
