Immediately he called associate company for cleanup of some 200 gals of water. He diagnosed leaking sewage line and he detailed how Brothers will repair pipe once the water is drained. Expert, clear, efficient service about the urgent problem as well as advice on ongoing maintenance of our plumbing systems.

Top Shelf came to do yearly maintenance on our furnace. They were fantastic from booking to end of service. They were on time, very considerate and clean. We needed an expensive part, but also needed a new water heater. They were able to install the water heater same day. When they ordered the part they were able to get that as well. In the end we didn't pay for the part or the visit - just the water heater. And the tech showed us how to replace our dryer vent hose so we could do it ourselves and save money instead of calling a vent company. In the end we felt they gave incredible customer service.

We found their pricing to be reasonable for the service rendered.Unfortunately, two years after a great experience with High 5 Plumbing we've tried to schedule them twice to visit a rental property and help us with an issue. Two weeks in a row they waited right up to the appointment time to cancel. Wouldn't be a huge deal except they are making me as the rental owner look bad in the eyes of my tenets. Saying goodbye to High 5 Plumbing we won't be calling them anymore. Customer lost!

I've used Hyper Flow Service Company twice with great results for home drain tasks I was unable to complete myself. The first time was a kitchen sink that would no longer drain the day before hosting Thanksgiving dinner... Hyper Flow was able to dispatch a service tech (Carlos) the same day who was very professional and did a great, clean, job fixing my sink drainage issue.

More recently they helped clear a very clogged underground drainage pipe used by my gutters that had filled with years of debris. This time I got a different technician (Jeremy) dispatched the same-day who was amazingly polite, professional, and thorough. The equipment Jeremy had with him could not do the job so he immediately scheduled a visit for the next day with the equipment necessary and was able to clear the drain. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and as quickly as possible.

Both experiences have exceeded my expectations for promptness, professionalism, and even cleanliness for what is typically very dirty work. I will definitely use them in the future if needed.

Kris Grimes responded to a Saturday call to address issues with hot water pipe banging and the shower running hot then cold. Turns out a check valve was defective on a return line. Kris was great in explaining what the issue may be and answering all my questions. He quickly cutout the defective valve and replaced both the valve and a leaking shutoff on the cold intake into the water heater. Kris provided excellent service and I would highly recommend him.
