We had a copper pipe bust and was happy to be able to get such great service and was upfront on costs. Did an amazing job and cleaned up after. It was pricy but this is a big name industry so was expecting the cost to be high anyways.

We called to see if anyone would be able to find the source of the dripping noise that we can hear in our crawlspace. There were no leaks so we were stumped. We called in to get an estimate and Josh Moya was super awesome! He found the source and quoted us a very fair price. He was professional, friendly, and definitely knew what he was doing. The best part was, that he really did end his service with a high five!

Seth and Matthew spent about 2 hours at my home for what turned out to be a complicated drain clearing. Seth was uncomfortable with using a snake to unclog my kitchen sink after examining the 50 year old pipes. He was determined to evaluate all possibilities so he and Matthew located another entry point in the basement, allowing the job to continue without compromising or damaging my current plumbing. They were thorough, professional and seemed genuinely interested in doing a good job. I've used HyperFlow in the past for emergency plumbing situations, so I felt very comfortable for calling them to handle the plumbing for our remodel of two bathrooms. Brian was great to work with. Work was more complicated than we thought, but I really appreciated his attention to detail - even bringing up his concerns regarding the bath faucet placement that we hadn't even considered to make sure it was aesthetically pleasing. He had to work around our tile installer, and our construction contractor too, so things got a bit chaotic at times. But always very professional. He and the back-office team - Kyle - were always responsive working us into their very busy schedule - but also very transparent with issues as they came up, their quotes and timing. We were able to complete the remodel in a relatively a quick turnaround time even over the fourth of July. We love the finished bathrooms! Highly recommend.
