King Rooter ended up being our choice for a plumbing and sewer line issue in our home. This was because they were one of only a few vendors in town who offer epoxy lining replacement as opposed to the invasive trenching and having our basement walls torn up, as suggested by other companies.

King Rooter did amazing work that has had us up and running again for over a month with no problems. The only reason I have given a 4/5 rating overall is because there were issues coordinating the time slot and days for the work to take place. Otherwise, King Rooter was a pleasure to work with and we really appreciate being up and running again without having to tear up our basement.

Josh came for our plumbing inspection and was absolutelywonderful, he took care of some things he wasn't required to for us since we've had some rough times lately and it was very much appreciated. Brothers, and all their technicians that we've met have been excellent.

Definitely recommend Top Shelf. Our AC went out the day before the hottest day of the year (so far). Top Shelf was fantastic in getting us scheduled quickly - much faster than 5 other companies we called. Gerardo was very professional and fixed the issue in just over an hour. He had parts on the truck and did a quick maintenance check to ensure everything else was in order. GREAT experience with Top Shelf!

Dado and Tyler at Bell Plumbing did a bang up job and service for me last Friday 3/3/2023. Tyler wired a new bathroom and asked questions all along the way on the locations of the boxes, GFI, Overhead Fan, switches and where to run the line from the Breaker Box. All was done professionally and passed the Rough- In electrical inspection. Dado did two better. I had a light which wasn't working and he diagnosed that by getting up into the insulation of my attic and resolved it in 30 minutes. Dado also troubleshot a doorbell that had never worked in my house since we bought it 31 years ago. Needless to say I thought this was a lost cause, but he looked, calculated, thought for a bit and figured it out. It was a challenge but he stuck with it and resolved the inoperative doorbell. My kids, who were newborns when we arrived here 30 years ago, were speechless when they showed up this past weekend that the front door doorbell now worked after all this time. Needless to say both Tyler and Dado did a great job resolving all my issues and the price was right for the service rendered. I will use Bell for all my Plumbing and Electrical needs going forward

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We're currently in legal proceedings with them when they came out to do a routine maintenance on our boiler (that they suggested while giving us a quote for an AC replacement) and then broke our fully functioning boiler and then requested additional funds to fix it (which we paid and they DIDN'T fix it!). The person that performed the service is also no longer with the company but they refuse to give us our money back and their only additional resolution was to purchase an entirely new boiler from them for over $20K!!! SCAM ARTISTS! There are plenty of other reviews here and elsewhere that confirm what I'm saying and I only wish I had done more research before even agreeing to a routine maintenance with them. We luckily had 2 other trustworthy and reputable companies come out and they fixed the problem. We're out the money that Tipping Hat scammed us for and the money we had to pay the other company to actually fix the boiler that Tipping Hat broke and our legal fees. Don't make the mistake that we did!!!

We used him when he used to be down in Farmington n.m literally the guy knows what he is doing you can ask anyone that lives in Farmington n.m that is in the plumbing buissness and they will tell you he is absolutely the most knowledgeable guy in town knowing he's now in Aurora I will never use another plumber you will get what you pay for with plumbing and he's best price and quality of work

After returning from vacation, we had no hot water. Having just moved into the home, we're still learning the ins and outs of the house so we called Deepak who came over first thing in the morning. I felt like an idiot but Deepak quickly diagnosed the problem to a local circuit that had been tripped in the basement, not the main circuit breaker (doh!). Deepak refused to take any payment for the issue and was incredibly helpful. I could tell he was a hard working honest man, and I'll be using him going forward.

Roto-Rooter tech that came out was great. We had a leak upon flushing going to the floor below, he troubleshooting the issue, found the problem and fixed it in a short amount of time. Will be doing business with them again.

We had a very stressful morning after finding a leak in our finished basement. We called around and everybody was pushed out for a few days but thankfully we came across Jim Needham Plumbing. Gerardo came out within 3 hours and he was so professional and treated our house like he would his own. He found the leak and documented that our builder put finishing screws through our water lines that leaked down into our basement. They coordinated the restoration company for us and it took so much stress off of us. Looking through the reviews of upset customers, it seems that people don't understand the cost associated with plumbing. We had a great experience and will use them for any future needs that we have. It also goes along way with me when the owner of the company responds to every review personally and takes it to heart of what the reviews say! Great job and keep it up.

Preston was fantastic to work with. He was able to arrive earlier than expected which was really appreciated. He was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. Preston took the time to teach us about our system while looking for the problem. He really went above and beyond to make sure our system was running as efficiently as possible and that we were taken care of. He was fast but thorough. We will definitely work with Preston in the future for all our furnace and AC needs. We highly recommend him.
