High 5 Plumbing Plumber
The technician was great and the High 5 was quick to respond. Disposal was WAY overpriced and we somehow got looped into a membership thing. Hoping we recoup some of the cost down the road but I think next time I'll fix it myself.

Centennial Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning Plumber
Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

Bell Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical Plumber
Very reasonably priced. It was easy to book an estimate that included replacement with only a week's notice. Mitch and Jesse arrived on time (actually called in advance to arrange an even earlier arrival). They were very professional and were really good with my obnoxious dogs. I highly recommend!

AfterHours Plumbing & Drainage Services Plumber
Bruce came recommended by a Realtor friend on Facebook. We had him repair some poorly completed work from another “plumber” that was leaking severely in multiple places. Bruce was attentive, timely, precise, professional, competent and reasonable.

I learned that the less expensive price is not always the best work. Bruce showed me the flaws in the previous work, diligently replaced it, and gave us the peace of mind we needed to close up drywall on our remodel. His prices were reasonable, and I have rarely seen anyone work as hard as he did.

Having had horrid experiences with other plumbers, I was pleasantly surprised. He even made a special trip back to explain an issue I did not understand.

After Hours Plumbing Will be my first call from here on out! Suzette R.

Hyper Flow Service Company Plumber
Had a drain on the sewer line in the basement backup early morning. Called HyperFlow based on the Yelp and Google ratings. I called them and Roto-Rooter hoping to get help fast since I couldn't use any water in my house and Hyperflow got here first!

In addition to the quick response, everyone over the phone was friendly and responsive. Carlos was the technician that helped me and he friendly, knowledgable, and capable.

All the work was done at a great price too. I've had other plumbers come in for other tasks that I thought were less challenging/intensive than the power jet work Carlos did and paid twice as much as what I paid HyperFlow.

Professional Plumbers Denver Plumber
Professional Plumbers have responded to 3-4 urgent plumbing leaks in about two week's time for properties I manage and they've been able to respond within hours where others were scheduling a few to several days out. Impressive!

Quality First Service Group Plumber
Michael was a quality technician that showed up early for our scheduled appointment and was very knowledgeable with our service and repair. He quickly evaluated and removed a Save Switch that was on our A/C unit and allowing the power company to turn our A/C off during high usage hours on the hottest days. Less than ideal for our comfort. Michael also replaced a capacitor for our whole house fan that was failing and hindering the fan efficiency. Overall it was a fantastic experience that was handled with an extremely high level of professionalism & timeliness! I would highly recommend Quality First Plumbing & Heating for all your HVAC needs!

A Better Plumber (Formerly A Better Sewer Inspection) Plumber
I will not do business with A Better Plumber ever again.I contacted A Better Plumber for an emergency water leak of my water heater and my indoor water main valve. They came out the next day to help me shut off the water and started repairs a day after that. The water heater was overdue to be replaced and so was the valve. They sold me a new tankless water heater, a new shutoff valve, a pressure reducing valve, and an inline filter. The total cost was just under $13,000. The installers were professional, the work was good, and the job was done in about a day. I thought the price was a little high but the job was done well and done quick so I let it go. I was a little bothered when they pressured me to sign a document waiving my right to cancel the job within three days but since the job was complete in under three days I let that go, too.I also had a potential sewer issue marked on my inspection (I recently purchased the house) so I asked them to take a look. The person they sent out to inspect the sewer took one look and immediately said all of the cast iron had to be replaced because the additives they put in our food corrode cast iron and if I don't replace it right away it will leak beneath my foundation and cause major problems. He also said the plumbing leading to the cast iron (the main stack) was outdated and needed to be completely replaced. The estimate he sent to replace the main stack plus 20 feet of interior sewer line was $12,500. I was uneasy with his hard-sell tactics, pushing for immediate repair and pressuring again to have me waive my right to cancel. I decided to call another plumber for a second opinion. The second company says there isn't any clear damage to the cast iron. They offered to do a cleaning for $350 before inspecting again. If it truly needs to be replaced they said it should be around $8000 at the highest. They also said that the main stack was clearly recently replaced and in good condition. They ran scopes around to inspect it as well, which A Better Plumber didn't do.I did some quick searching to find pricing for the items A Better Plumber installed in the first job vs what they charged me. Here's what I found:* Navien NPE-241A2 Tankless Water Heater - Google: $1900 - A Better Plumber: $9599* Halo 9 Inline Filter - Google: $500 - A Better Plumber: $1800* PRV-100 Pressure Reducing Valve - Google: $200-$500 - A Better Plumber: $1398.99My opinion: They did a good job. They charged a LOT of money. They tried to upsell unnecessary repairs. I will not do business with them again.Edit to respond to Jeff, the Owner:When I had the first job done, I was impressed by Beau and Jimmy's work. They were professional, they seemed to know what they were doing, and they got the job done. I felt uneasy at the cost but I understood it was a quick response and, in general, I'm willing to pay a premium for professional work. The prices I listed above come straight from the invoice they gave me. There was no separate line item for finance costs. That was advertised as 0%. (No mention of any added fees)For the second job, your man Jansen came out. He told me that additives in food will rot cast iron, especially if it is right below the kitchen. He told me that the main stack was clearly original and had to be replaced (it was actually a replacement for the original cast iron, in good shape, and the next plumber showed me how to tell). He told me within seconds of the scope hitting the pipe that it was bottomed out and clearly needed emergency replacement. He never mentioned cleaning or further inspections. He also pushed me to waive my right to cancel even though the earliest he could start the job would be four days later. It was his hard-sell used-car-salesman tactics that soured my opinion of the whole business and led me to question all of the work done up to that point. My bottom line is that the first job was a good job and it was incredibly expensive. Other people can look at the numbers and decide for themselves. The numbers are straight from the invoice.
