Best Water Line Repairs in Aurora CO
employee showed up to drag nasty, wet equipment thought my carpeted house. When I asked about a tarp, they said it was an additional charge. Do NOT believe their site that customer is treated like royalty.

While my tech Jason was courteous and from what I can tell did the job efficiently for the moment, I'm frustrated with the pricing of the job. I called to book this appt, and was told the $49 trip charge would be waived if I proceeded with any work. My work consisted of a rubber ring gasket falling out of the bath spicket thereby making it impossible for the bath to turn to shower water. I knew the job would take less than 5 minutes and mentioned that to the person booking my appt while asking what was the fee for less than an hour of work since it would take very little time. She assured me that it was based on the job. Once at the house, Jason called, informed me that he could repair it for $231 or replace it for $235. He said either would be a suitable repair so knowing this was for an Airbnb I opted for the quicker option. I then called the owner of the house (I'm the property manager), and he quickly said lets replace. I called Jason back within 60 seconds and he had ALREADY COMPLETED THE REPAIR. $231 is unreal for less than 5 minutes in the house. The person taking the call should have informed of the minimum trip charge.

Needed help getting water lines moved for the washer to relocate it in the house I just bought. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a quick amazing job!

Bell's hourly rate is $423.62 / hour. No kidding. Plus $49.00 for travel. Check with others first. Not even a union plumber is worth that kind of money. There was not a standard rate for the faucet repair, therefore the technician quoted an hourly rate - $423.62 / hour. He estimated no more than 30 minutes, so his estimate was $233 + $49 travel. But it took one hour, and so he billed me $423.62. I supplied the parts, so no charge for that. Plus I paid $49.00 for travel. $472.62 total.

My warranty company sent this plumbing company to my house when I believed my water heater had a leak. After Igor, the plumber, arrived he figured out that my water heater was fine and that my humidifier on the furnace was leaking. Instead of letting my know that this wasn’t covered by my warranty company, he fixed it and then charged me a ridiculous amount. When I expressed my frustration at the now large bill he told me he didn’t know it wasn’t going to be covered until after he fixed it. A true lie if I’ve ever heard one. The worst part is that he charged me an outrageous amount to reattach a hose to the humidifier drain (something I could have easily done). Never use this company. These are the typical service men that like to rake people over the coals.

Pedro is absolutely the consummate professional. He was fair, prompt, knowledgeable, personable and went out of his way to save me money on the repair of my hose bib. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I recently needed to have my sewer line replaced and after getting seval quotes from various vendors, I chose HyperFlow and it was the best decision I made. From the moment I met Allen Anderson he explained the whole process of what needed to be done, gave me different options and put no pressure on me. The team arrived on time with Allen right there explaining each step. Allen shared the final camera check with me to ensure I was satisfied. The work was professionally done and I am extremely satisfied. Would highly recommend HyperFlow for your sewer replacement pipes.
