Matthew was the best handyman we've ever had. He installed a new toilet and explained things to us as he worked. He even waited for us to go buy a new toilet when we discovered our original was cracked in the shipping box. Would highly recommend.

We’ve used Brothers for a number of things since we bought the house. Ian has done several plumbing jobs for us. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and indulgent of all my questions. I think that Brothers may be a bit more expensive than other places, but they are reliable, on time, and do thorough and quality work. We will definitely keep using them.

We had High 5 out to our home to take a look at a few plumbing issues. They were able to get me scheduled right away and their communication was excellent! I received a text message informing me the technician was headed our way and we were even able to track his progress as he approached our home. Ryan came to our home, looked at our issues and gave detailed recommendations for repairs. He had us back up and running quickly, he was extremely courteous and treated our home with care. We had Steven over tuesday October 12th at 9 am. Steven was on time and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was honest and fair when others tried to get over on us. Shaun was on time, professional and seemed to know the intricacies of my furnace for its annual servicing. I wish that he or I knew more about setting and programming the thermostat. This company was selected by our (terrible) home warranty company to come out and fix our kitchen sink and master bathroom.

My first indication of how horrible our experience was going to be was when the contracted plumber called me to schedule an appointment. We decided on a Thursday between 12-4. On Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM, the plumber calls me to say he is on his way. I had to remind him our appointment wasn’t until Thursday afternoon. He then proceeded to think it was Thursday morning at 8 AM, to which I had to kindly remind him no, the appointment is scheduled for Thursday between 12-4. I can understand getting dates and times mixed up, but there is a level of professionalism expected with any business, and it was concerning he confused our appointment time several times.

When the plumber actually did arrive for the appointment, he was able to fix the kitchen sink, but not the master bathroom, as the bathroom was not covered under our warranty, yet he proceeded to charge us for something he couldn’t even fix. He technically only replaced and fixed one part, yet we were somehow charged double.

Additionally, I find it absurd that this plumber has accused my husband and I of hiring an outside contractor, because he that there were “tools” next to the shower. The plumber reported this information back to our home warranty company, and they have denied our claim due to this. Not only did I find this accusation completely out of line, but incredibly rude and unprofessional. In all my years of customer service, I have never outright accused a customer of wrong-doing. Common sense would suggest that maybe we had tried to adjust the faucet ourselves, and left our tools there. Additionally, what plumber would leave a set of tools at a client’s house?

Steer clear of Express Plumbing, as they will overcharge you for anything and everything.

Super amazing experience with Pedro. My family had a pipe burst in our crawlspace. Pedro went above and beyond. Not only did he repair the pipe, he diagnosed the underlying issues that were causing the pipes to freeze. He also installed shut off valves to my two outside faucets so we can cut off the water flow and depressurize the system in the winter. It feels good to have a plumber that will prevent future problems not just fix the current issue. You can tell these guys actually put pride into their work. Thank you Pedro for giving me the guidance and knowledge on how to protect my house going forward. We appreciate you guys.

Very professional business with highly responsive and knowledgeable staff. Price was fair. You get what you pay for and I don’t cheap out when it comes to household repairs that can end up costing more in the long run if repairs aren’t done right and these guys are good. They quickly diagnosed my problem and showed me the damaged part and recommended solutions that will prevent the problem from occurring again.

Michael was quick to organize his crew to perform an emergency replacement of the main sewer line section. His quote was the best and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. When the city delayed the inspection, Michael hounded them so we could stay at the front of the line. Despite the large amount of work, the whole process was very low stress. I am entirely satisfied with the work and will definitely use Michael for future plumbing needs.

Absolutely horrible service, and it is too bad that Fidelity National Home Warranty works with this company. Justin came out to look at a faucet and my hot water heater and the information that he delivered to me was completely different than the information the was given to FNHW. When I asked Service Network Plumbing & Heating, INC for the report they gave to FNHW they informed me they don't have report they just called it in. FNHW denied both claims, though they don't have a report or any diagnostics. I was told that the one faucet that is leaking in my home is because the water pressure (the water pressure from the main line, that services 3 other units)
is too high, however, there are 8 faucets in my home and 4 shower heads, and only one faucet is leaking. When I asked why this was, Justin informed me that it could actually be a separate issue. I bought my house in February and when I got my home inspection they tested the water pressure in my unit and it was fine. I was told what needed to be done to remove the smell from my hot water heater is not recommended because the hot water heater is more than 6 years old, so it would need to be replaced, this is in addition to my water not always being hot, and staying cold for long periods of time. The information he gave to FNHW is that after running diagnostics the hot water heater works fine, however there is no proof of said diagnostics. Justin was at my house for less than 10 minutes, and didn't run any other faucets or shower heads.
