Paul is great, and Brothers in general! They were the first place to call me and get me an appointment. I was getting offers of an initial inspection 14 days out! I also felt very safe. They were communicative about who was coming and when, even sent me a text and email with his PICTURE before he arrived so I knew I was opening the door to the right person. Never had that before but it definitely helped me feel better opening the door to a stranger! Paul was very thorough and understanding, and made sure I understood what needs to be done before he left, and then followed up with a bunch of pictures and notes about the appointment.Update: dropped a star because they were going to way overcharge me. Everything else still stands, but I went with another company. They quoted me $6200 for the repairs I needed and they were completed for $3770.

Called the night before to schedule an appointment. Was offered several timeframes for the very next day. Jason showed up and was amazing. He was super friendly, got the job done quick and made sure to take extra time to check our toilet to make sure the issue was resolved, before just packing up and leaving he did everything he could and more for us. My warranty company sent this plumbing company to my house when I believed my water heater had a leak. After Igor,the plumber, arrived he figured out that my water heater was fine and that my humidifier on the furnace was leaking. Instead of letting my know that this wasn’t covered by my warranty company, he fixed it and then charged me a ridiculous amount. When I expressed my frustration at the now large bill he told me he didn’t know it wasn’t going to be covered until after he fixed it. A true lie if I’ve ever heard one. The worst part is that he charged me an outrageous amount to reattach a hose to the humidifier drain (something I could have easily done). Never use this company. These are the typical service men that like to rake people over the coals.

Bruce had someone come out within a few hours of calling. Brandon showed up and got the job done quickly and professionally. Nice people as well.

Pedro is absolutely the consummate professional. He was fair, prompt, knowledgeable, personable and went out of his way to save me money on the repair of my hose bib. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

David came to look at my 9 year old Rannai tankless water heater that wasn't keeping consistent hot water. David said the error codes indicate all parts int he unit needed to be replaced and Rannai is notorious for this problem. He suggested a better unit made by Navien and quoted over $4100. I asked if my unit was under warranty and he said no.
I called Rannai and they have a list of plumbers certified with Rannai. Water Pros came out to look at my unit. The technician cleaned debris from the unit and now it's working fine. $270.
Paul from Water Pros let me know Rannai is very highly rated, has a 10 year warranty, and is a workhorse!
I can't comment on the integrity of Hyperflow as a company, but a company is only as good as their employees. Their technician, David, was dishonest to say the least!

Solid guy, did not attempt coercion or fear selling or any of that other stuff that comes with emergency plumbing services. Told me what it would take and what it would cost to get the job done, and was more than happy to advise me on what I could do to save myself some money, and him some time, if you get me. Kept in constant contact when I needed. I highly recommend this guy if you more or less just need someone to tell you what to do, and who isn't gonna show up and immediately demand 1200$ from you. I suppose that also depends on the level of service you require, but TLDR; he quoted me 3k$ for a sprinkler leak job that instead, given his advice, I was able to save roughly 90% of the cost on. Thomas and David were amazing they came in assessed the situation and made sure that they could move around my furniture and stuff to get the water heater in they were very nice and polite. They noticed a burial site that my son had created for a worm that he found and made sure to cover it so that they wouldn't disturb it while putting in the water heater. They explained exactly what they were doing what I might find what issue was I could have and if I had where to go to solve them and I would definitely use your plumbing service.

The crew that came was punctual. The job was performed excellently. They showed respect , care, and concern for my needs . I will definitely use this service again .

I have been using Service Network for several years, mostly out of the fact that I was too lazy to find someone else to maintain my heater and evaporative cooler. I didn't have them do much, just seasonal maintenance. That being said, I had issues several times with this company. Despite the fact that they had been to my house twice a year for five years to do the exact same job, several times they would show up without the proper equipment and have to reschedule. So I went out and bought the proper equipment. Today, the guy they sent did not feel like getting on my roof (two story home). So he left and they had to reschedule. Last year they didn't connect the evaporative cooler correctly and I had water running down my roof for a week. Nevermind, take me off your customer list Service Network. What I asked of you twice a year is not that demanding, yet you managed to screw up and waste my time too much.
If you are doing more serious work, look elsewhere. The only big job I had them do was replace my sewage ejector, after looking at the bill and looking at prices on line I learned they charged me 3 times what I could buy the part for down the street.... plus expensive labor!
