Came to install a malfunctioning hot water tank. Val, the technician, found that nothing was wrong with the tank but with the amount of pressure in the tank. The repair was efficient and must less than the replacement of the hot water tank. Thanks Val!!!!!!

She worked with me on scheduling even though I called last minute and wanted same-day service.They were very communicative throughout the process as my appointment time approached. Once the technician, Justan, was on his way here, I received a text message with his photo and a short bio. Justan was incredibly polite and very professional. He was a pleasure to have in my home. He very quickly assessed my issue and suggested a quick & easy fix that was reasonably priced. He also included two other options just in case additional work is needed to solve my problem. I mentioned that I have a leaky hose bib and he even included a quote to have that fixed so that my wife & I can budget for it.This was a fantastic experience. I’m so glad I called High 5 Plumbing. I will definitely call again if I have any additional plumbing needs.

Hyper Flow is amazing! They came in and saved the day after another plumber could not fix the issue. Carlos arrived earlier than expected and was courteous and clean, always wearing shoe coverings when coming into the house and just being kind about my house and carpet. He was able to assess my issue quickly and removed the clog within 30 min. I highly recommend using this company for any plumbing needs!

Absolutely pathetic responsiveness and attitude! My appointment window was from 8-9AM... Didn't receive a call from the technician until 9:30AM and was told the technician would be out at noon- THREE HOURS LATER THAN SCHEDULED! Worst part, Professional Plumbers was unwilling to even take $50 off my bill or work with me in any way and were absolutely terrible to deal with. I work in a service industry and was utterly disappointed with Professional Plumbers. I would never use them again and highly recommend you don't either!

We had a great experience with Quality First Service Group! They arrived on time and did an efficient job at installing our new water heater. Our water heater was the original (20 years old) and was in need of major replacement so that our water could be safe and clean. Phil and Carson were able to come out the next day and install our new one which was great news to us! Our water has improved immensely and we no longer have luke warm brown water spitting out of our faucets!

Philip was an awesome guy, very quick, professional, honest, and fairly priced. The job took a bit longer than previously stated because my shower was pretty messed up and her didn't have the part he needed...BUT when the part showed up it took him probably not 30 minutes to fix it. I'm happy to shower im my room again, so thank you!
