I called on a Sat at 4:00 in a blizzard for a plumbing emergency and Josh the technician arrived at my door in about 30 mins.He immediately assessed the situation, provided recommendations and informed me of costs. I was happy to find this company on Yelp. They had great reviews (now I know why). Even before they came to instill I had 5 requests to review via text and email. Since then I have had an additional 5 requests. I was annoyed by this because the team did an amazing job and I was going to be happy to review them but after being harassed to do it I was not happy. That aside the team and the work was amazing. They were able to come give me an estimate the same day I called and complete the install 2 days later. They were very clean and courteous. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future. Brandon did my estimate and he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Floyd did great with the electrical and went above and beyond with helping me set of the thermostat on my phone and wifi. Great team, bad marketing.

Great guys! They came out and fixed my leaking sink in my brand new house. They are friendly, talkative and very efficient at what they do!

I can’t say enough about the service, it was above and beyond. I called the main line on a snowy morning with a backed up drain. Carlos picked up and said he could send Garrett out at 2:00 pm. Same day services, I felt quite lucky. Within 30 minutes, Garrett called to inform me of his schedule and said he could probably get to me soon (the earlier the better as my pregnant wife wanted to take a shower). I was at work but told him to give me a heads up so I could meet him. About an hour later, Garrett called (10:30) and said he’d be there at 11:00. He diagnosed, educated me, did not pressure upsell services I didn’t need, and got the job done in a timely, professional manner. Would recommend this team 100%!!! Above and beyond

I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his crew. We were in an emergency situation and they 100% came through for us. Short version of the story: we are under contract to sell our house and the scope found a hole in our sewer line under our basement. I panicked and called Mike at Professional Plumbers (per someone's recommendation).

I was in a state of high anxiety as the stakes of our deal could fall through with this unexpected problem. Mike responded immediately and told me everything would be taken care of, that he had experience with this problem and he would take care of it that day.

He drove out and was at my house within an hour. He assessed the problem, called me, and told me he would be back by 6 with his guys to fix it. He called me at 6:15 to say the job they were on was bigger than expected and he would take care of us within 2 days. I expressed concern that the buyer would back out if I couldn't report it fixed by the next day. He put me on hold, talked to his crew, and said he could come that night if we didn't mind him being there late. He gave me a quote (which was below what I found online).

When they got there and removed the bad pipe, they discovered a more extensive problem. The entire time Mike was showing me the holes and assuring me it would all work out. He had to cut more pipe and drill a larger hold in my basement. When they finished at 10:30 p.m., I went to settle up with the expected larger bill. He only charged $200 more for 2 hours of extra labor and late at night! Not only did he do good work, he was professional, reassuring, responsive to my anxiety, thorough with explaining things to me, they cleaned up the site very well, and their pricing was more than fair. AND he called the next morning to make sure everything was ok.

These days it is hard to find trustworthy contractors. I would do commercials for Mike if I could. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Michael came out the same day I called for a broken heater a few days ago. He was knowledgeable, personable, found the problem quickly and got it working again. Michael returned again the next afternoon to do maintenance checks on our two furnaces, which was done efficiently. He explained everything he was doing, talked about prices for services needed and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left (both visits)~ which we are very satisfied! I will be calling Quality First and asking specifically for Michael in the future! Also, Emily in Customer Service is really great, too!

We were renovating a bathroom and found that our sink plumbing was leaking when tightened and had to shut off our water main. I called on a Saturday around noon and got an appointment for 1-3. Our tech was prompt, professional, and was good with my young cousin.

We've been without air conditioning for going on 6 weeks now because of First American Home Warranty. To get it fixed now, we're at the mercy of Service Network and we'll do whatever as my entire family including the dogs sleep in the unfinished basement now to stay cool. Service Network gave us an appointment 6 days out - obviously couldn't care about our situation - and then told us we didn't actually have an appointment because we never confirmed. Seriously? We're desperate! Why would we not confirm. Now they say we'll have to wait another 9 days.
