Hector answered an ad my husband and I placed for plumbing work. He was very polite, and came to the house to give us a free estimate. We chose to hire him amid quite a few other plumbers who gave us estimates, because I felt we could trust him and that he was being honest.
Hector did extensive work cutting portions of our cement foundation out, in order to put in new plumbing for two new bathrooms. (One on the main level, and one downstairs.) He also did the plumbing to create a laundry room on the main level instead of the basement where it had been. We love it!
Hector was on time, respectful, and he finished the job in 3 days of work. This young man started his own business and he definitely takes pride in his work, making sure he does everything right the first time. The piping was in place, and the cement was replaced by him perfectly. We will be working with Hector, who is most certainly a knowledgeable young man of integrity, for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

Journeyman Plumber Doug Brittenham was wonderful. He came promptly at the right scheduled time, discovered the plumbing problem immediately and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix it. He needed to order parts and did so right away, so our problem was fixed as soon as the parts were available in another day. He got back to us as soon as he got the parts and the fix was done. Heater went out and had a valve under my kitchen sink with lots of corrasion, callled for three estimates, Tipping Hat was very competive, very professonal, was able to get the work done in a day and from the day of the estimate from the day of install was less than two business days. We worked with Ruben at Flowrite plumbing to get a new hot water heater installed. They were prompt in getting us taken care of and extremely courteous. They are our new go to plumber.

We had to urgently call a plumber after a pipe burst in our basement. After calling multiple companies who said that they could not come out until the next day or later we found After Hours Plumbing and Drainage Services. Bruce came out within two hours in the evening on a Monday. He found and repaired the leak promptly and gave us suggestions on water restoration companies. The price was steep but it was also an emergency visit during a busy time.

While doing a load of dishes this morning my kitchen sink started to back up with water very quickly. I have had some pretty serious issues with a blockage outside the house in the past and started to panic as it was a fairly costly repair. So, I jump online and look up plumbers and found Hyper Flow. I sent them a service request through their website. They called me back within an hour (I sent the request before they open) and described the issue, they said someone could be out today.

An extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable technician named Allen showed up right on time. I told him more about my problem and his guess is it is just a blockage in my disposer (because it stopped working about a month ago). He literally just gave the rotation mechanism a good few spins with a wrench and now my disposer works again (which wasn't even the problem I called about, but was still a problem and is now fixed) and my sink drains just fine too. He also gave me some quick tips on things to look out for if I ever have any further blockage issues.

Allen told me that this would just be a courtesy call since no major repair was performed and didn't even charge me. Where can you find service like that these days? I mean, he came to me.

I definitely recommend this company and will be holding onto their number. Of course, plumbers are not people you really want to have to be calling, but I can at least feel good about finding a great plumbing service just in case.

I was in a bind when another plumber cancelled on me one hour before he was due to arrive. I needed the work done that day. When I told Mike my situation he managed to squeeze me in. His fee was very reasonable and even saved my money by telling me he could use some of my old parts instead of new ones I had on hand for the project.
