Back Door electric really tickled my switch!

I first spoke and met with Lance who gave me a quote and answered all my questions with straightforward and detailed responses. He installed AC's himself for many years prior, so could give me expert insight and recommendations. Everyone you speak with at Bell is an expert and you can always get the information you need right away. Mark, Josh, and Dado did an incredible job installing my AC. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I got a lot of great advice on maintining the system and how to keep up with inspections.I contacted a few other contractors in the area and nobody was as responsive, professional, or friendly as the team at Bell. I would gladly use them again for other projects and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Andre was the plumber/tech that responded to my call. Fortunately I had a slow but serious leak on my water heater as opposed to a flood. He was clearly experienced and knowledgeable. I got a good quick quote and he performed the job same day, even though it was late in the afternoon when he started. Very happy with the results.

Philip was an awesome guy, very quick, professional, honest, and fairly priced. The job took a bit longer than previously stated because my shower was pretty messed up and her didn't have the part he needed...BUT when the part showed up it took him probably not 30 minutes to fix it. I'm happy to shower im my room again, so thank you!

I almost don't want to write this review because I feel dumb 😂 We bought a house this past winter and could not figure out how to get our sprinklers going for the first time. I was given Kris's info from our realtor and reached out. He said he doesn't do sprinklers, but was still willing to come out and take a look. He gave me all the steps I need to turn the system on next year, how to winterize, helped me figure out our zones and then when we found 2 sizeable leaks, gave me great referrals to an irrigation company, and tightened some things that needed a little love. He was so nice and easy to chat with. Thanks again, Kris! You saved the day. I would definitely call Kris again for any plumbing needs we have for our home.

They never called me back

Danny was great! I was able to book an appointment online within two days - he was on time, fixed my clogged garbage disposal and kitchen drain within 5 minutes, and showed me how to keep my drain running smoothly in the future! 10/10 would recommend and will use again in the future!!

Marcus and Keith were great. They were on time, professional, and efficient in getting the job done quickly and right. Have now used Befort for two different jobs (installing a new toilet and repairing a broken pipe) and have been extremely happy with every part of the service--from scheduling to the work done in house. Also great that they are a (relatively rare) woman-owned plumbing/heating company, and we like to support that. Will definitely continue to use them moving forward.

Guys were friendly. They scheduled me for the same day. They messaged me to let me know they were on the way. They showed up when they said they would. And they wore masks without my having to ask. Perfect Service!

I recently called Jim Needham for a hose bib repair for my exterior hose and the technician Darion quoted me $700+ for the repair. When I declined his service due to price, he became hostile and defensive. I felt I was trying to be taken advantage of due to it being a plumbing emergency.I instead contacted a local plumber to get the job done and they completed it for MORE THAN HALF the price ($225).Do your research and get multiple quotes before deciding to use Jim Needham Plumbing.

Nothing said in these reviews can do justice to the quality of business Mark operates. We have had seven jobs completed by NextGen plumbing, all completed same-day, and at short notice. He has arrived on time, and left the work area clean.

Isaiah was excellent. He was extremely personable along with being very professional. He suggested good solutions to our problems and then did a good job fixing the problem areas. This is our first association with your company. We will hire your company again when needed and will request Isaiah. Relationships are built on trust and we trust him. Tech. was on time and assessed the issue quickly. He explained everything to me and all of my options and even gave me time to think about it (was never pushy). Was very personable (thank you Jamey for the great service). I also like how Done makes calls to let you know the tech is on the way and when they leave they call again to make sure everything went great. This is the second time I have used this company and will continue to.

Our heater pilot light went out and wouldn't start so we had to contact our landlord who made the call so I can't comment on the price. But they called me made an appointment for the following day the technician came out I told him what was wrong and he fixed it and left. Then 2 weeks later I had another issue with the furnace and the same technician came out and fixed a separate issue (the furnace is probably 40 years old) and my heat is back on. He got here quick and did the job in 10 min. Very happy costumer here.
