He spent 12 hours at my home, digging in the hot sun so he could assess the damage and fix it. He always had a smile on his face and was very professional. Dylan worked diligently to fix the issue and his work was effective. Our water was back on that evening! Brad also came to check the work. Day one during troubleshooting of a gas valve Chiran determined that we had a water tank leak. We had a water tank burst 8 years ago and did not want to experience that again. On day two Deepak provided an estimate for a tankless system in the morning and he and his team installed it in the afternoon. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Namaste!

Worst plumber ever! Misdiagnosed leak in kitchen. Charged me over $1,000.00. Came home to same leak that now ruined my hardwood floors and leaked into basement wall and ceiling. Don’t ever use!

We had a burst pipe in the crawl space of our basement. Small space, couldn't turn off the water to the house, extremely limited access to the pipe to fix. Mark came in and within an hour and a half had replaced the main shut off valve, repaired the pipe, and really saved the day. Very professional, very quick, reasonable prices. Would highly recommend!

I called in to schedule an appointment for a plumber to do some work. I was told the only way they could schedule an appointment for me is if I purchased their annual VIP package for $200. That money didn't go to any of the services I need, but I would get a discount on an unknown cost that hadn't been quoted and an AC tune-up I didn't want. Quite the scam.
