Best Water Filtration System Installation in Aurora CO

My 18 year old water heater was leaking. King Rooter came out within hours of my call, and diagnosed the situation. The water heater needed to be replaced and they got it done the same day within hours. Put in a nice Bradford White Defender series water heater, water pan, and installed an extra water valve so we can turn the water off to the water heater if needed, but the water will still run for rest of the house.

The techs are always very kind and knowledgeable. They let you know what is a need to and what can wait. There is no pressure and you feel secure in your decisions

I called Bell to help me with 2 water heaters at my home that were not working. The only reason they are getting 2 stars and not 1 is because they were the quickest of all the companies I called to send out a service technician. This was the only positive.When the technician arrived, he quickly told me that the only option was to replace both water heaters. My home is new and the water heaters are only 3 years old. I told him this and he then replied that he might be able to find parts but it would be pretty hard. I told him he could go and that I wanted to look into other options.A few days later, I was able to get another company to come look at my water heaters. One of the two water heaters was just fine, the only problem was the pump that was meant to push the hot water through the house was un-plugged so hot water could not move through the house. Problem 1 fixed! And the bell technician told me I needed to replace the perfectly fine water heater!!!A part on the 2nd water heater had gone bad but fortunately the second company I had come out was able to diagnose the part within 10 minutes and said the part was very readily available everywhere. He ran to the store, came back same day and had the 2nd water heater working in no time!Do not hire Bell Plumbing!!!

We used TH for a full house replacement. Furnace, AC, whole house humidifier and needed them to move the outside units a bit. Kodiak was awesome at explaining everything when he came out to give an estimate. Elizabeth was very helpful in organizing payment and funding for the extra we had not saved yet. The install team was very professional and kind when they walked us through the usage of all the new equipment. Appreciate TH so much and I'll be suggesting them to everyone I know.

Our water heater was leaking and Befort came out and replaced it for us. They were on time and very professional. We will be using Befort for all our future plumbing needs.

Marc is NOT your average, everyday small business owner! He's one in a thousand, fair prices, GREAT work and just a great person to deal with. He and his helper installed a gas line for my new BBQ grill and it was just perfect. I'd use him again for ANY plumbing job, I am now done looking around to find someone honest and reliable!

Very responsive initially. The electrician who came out, Austin, was diligent and kind. The work we needed done was an electrical panel upgrade from 200A to 320A in order to power multiple new additions to the home (electric car, outdoor heaters, water pumps, etc). Given the complexity of the contract, we had to work with our electric company (Xcel) to make sure the panel could be upgraded. They said it should be good to go for a simple disconnect of the old panel and reconnect to the new panel after installation. After waiting months to get the project started, Plumbline canceled back-to-back appointments. Then this morning they called and said they couldn't do the project, despite having reassured me that this project wouldn't be a problem. Now I'm left starting from scratch with a new electrician months into this project. I had high hopes with the good first impression, but now they've lost my future business.

This is by far the best plumbing & heating company I have ever used. I have had 3 separate experiences with them (2 plumbing issues they were able to resolve, and 1 new furnace install), and I have been very satisfied each time. I love how easy it is to make an appointment, as well as how timely they are. I also appreciate how nice everyone has been both in the office and at our home. Absolutely horrible service, and it is too bad that Fidelity National Home Warranty works with this company. Justin came out to look at a faucet and my hot water heater and the information that he delivered to me was completely different than the information the was given to FNHW. When I asked Service Network Plumbing & Heating, INC for the report they gave to FNHW they informed me they don't have report they just called it in. FNHW denied both claims, though they don't have a report or any diagnostics. I was told that the one faucet that is leaking in my home is because the water pressure (the water pressure from the main line, that services 3 other units)
is too high, however, there are 8 faucets in my home and 4 shower heads, and only one faucet is leaking. When I asked why this was, Justin informed me that it could actually be a separate issue. I bought my house in February and when I got my home inspection they tested the water pressure in my unit and it was fine. I was told what needed to be done to remove the smell from my hot water heater is not recommended because the hot water heater is more than 6 years old, so it would need to be replaced, this is in addition to my water not always being hot, and staying cold for long periods of time. The information he gave to FNHW is that after running diagnostics the hot water heater works fine, however there is no proof of said diagnostics. Justin was at my house for less than 10 minutes, and didn't run any other faucets or shower heads.
