Residential sewage lift pump repair. Initially scheduled for 6pm arrival but Joe was able to start 6 hours sooner due to cancelations - score!!! Initial thought was a faulty pump which was going to cost over $2400 to replace. Once Joe started the job he discovered the original pump worked perfectly but the discharge pipe had pulled out of the pump fitting. He also realized there was no check valve installed. Joe fixed all this in one trip saving me over $1500. - score again!!! Joe is to be commended for his honesty, integrity and professionalism. ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER! I definitely recommend Brothers for home repairs.

When the gas pipe was laid, both Marshall and Dillon went straight to work. When they finished everything was professionally completed and cleaned up. Great experience ALL the way around. called Bell to replace a valve on a water heater that installed last summer. Jay was great! He explained what was going on with my water heater -- lots of detail, and replaced a valve. Also, he was able to come hours earlier than originally scheduled -- nice!! All good--glad I bought my water heater at Bell and have their warranty.

Arika was fabulous and was able to schedule Josh (on my only day off) to check out why we didn’t have any hot water.Thanks to Josh and his dedicated efforts-we had hot water the next day. We found Flow-Rite through homeadvisor and have used them for years because they're genuine, kind, honest people and have always given us a great price for fantastic work. They deserve more than they charge for their integrity alone! Ruben (the owner) is always available and quick to help--even when we had a leaky ceiling in the early hours of the morning. Rob has taken care of us several times when we've needed drain cleaning--and has taught us how to take care of our drains to avoid future clogs (don't use powdered dishsoap with our hard water bc it causes buildup, and use green gobbler in our kitchen about every 6 months-1year to keep things flowing). He's educating us out of a job, haha! Ruben personally took the time to chat with me and give me his honest advice when we needed a water heater. He gave me the best estimate out of two other companies, answered all of my questions, answered some that I didn't even know to ask, and even a great Cuban restaurant recommendation! Eddie and Juan replaced my water heater in an hour and were super sweet. Eddie even saved me $20 on a drain when he pointed out how unlikely it was that we would need it with the drain inches away from the heater. It's one thing to find a solid company that does great work, and another to find good people that you can trust--and I believe I've found both at Flow-Rite!

Express plumbing is the most efficient and hard working plumber in the Denver metro area. He makes sure that you are getting a quality service that is reliable and valuable. He is very easy to schedule jobs with and has a sense of humor. So far he has replaced my water heater, toilets and several valves.

Tech was very professional and Friendly, he answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely pathetic responsiveness and attitude! My appointment window was from 8-9AM... Didn't receive a call from the technician until 9:30AM and was told the technician would be out at noon- THREE HOURS LATER THAN SCHEDULED! Worst part, Professional Plumbers was unwilling to even take $50 off my bill or work with me in any way and were absolutely terrible to deal with. I work in a service industry and was utterly disappointed with Professional Plumbers. I would never use them again and highly recommend you don't either!
