I personally have been very happy with using Brothers with numerous projects now needed for our rentals, being coded, done correctly, and inspected afterwards. We just recently had Andy Lawrence of Brothers out and he did a GREAT job installing an ac unit, checking, and cleaning the furnace. Jake Shilz on the electrical side also came out at another time to put in a new meter and breaker box, as well as fix a few dead outlets. I wouldn't need to think twice about using Brothers Plumbing, Heating, and Electric and having Andy or Jake out again. Thank you. Much appreciated.NEWER UPDATE/REVIEW: On a rental in Aurora, the tenant said the a/c fan was blowing air, but not cold. I called Brothers and they sent out Ron S. Once again, I couldn't be happier with both Ron and Brothers. Ron was on time, very nice, found the problem right away (had to do with a compressor), explained it so I could understand, and fixed it pretty fast......at no charge. That was because the unit was under warranty. This is not the first time either. On another project a technician had made an error (it happens) yet the company (Brothers) stepped up and corrected the problem immediately at no charge also. I am beyond impressed. That is great business! Obviously good for us, tenants, and this company. As mentioned above in a previous review.......I won't think twice about using Brothers and their technicians again for any plumbing, heating, or electrical services. Thank you!!!!

I found Service Made Easy on Nextdoor and initiated contact via text. We are in a digital economy today and legacy plumbers that work strictly off phone calls don't get my business. I am busy and use digital communication channels. Kris was super compatible with this, giving me quotes, requesting pictures digitally all via text. This is the way.

I am a stickler for details and want to know exactly WHAT is going to be done on the repair and Kris was very attuned to that, explaining everything in very fine detail.

His quote beat all the other plumbers in the area and instead of other plumbers telling me a day and a time range, Kris gave me an exact time that he would show up and he was right on time with another plumber, Laith.

I was very concerned about drywall damage to the wall and Kris reassured me that the access they cut would be done in a very neat manner to make it easy for the drywall repair to take place. True to his word, the drywall removal was done with a high level of precision.

The issue was with two sink drains being too high. They were able to efficiently cut the pipes, lower them, install new P-traps, pitch the drains correctly and Laith even found the main vent pipe was under immense tension when the house was built, and he took care of that for no charge since it was an adjoining pipe. They cleaned up after themselves like they were never there.

Laith even recommended a drywall company they have used in the past who showed up two days later and took care of the drywall repairs and texturing.

Super-fast, super professional, more modern acumen in plumbing knowledge than the older plumbers in the area who are critical and haven't kept up with the times. I also appreciated the high velocity on texting responses with accurate and fair pricing. Give them a shot for your next plumbing project, you will not be disappointed.

Manny was unbelievably knowledgeable and answered my many technical questions. He was very reasonable regarding my bid, which was in a signed contract not just a verbal guess, Very professional work and to code. Very far above the other plumbers I have had over my lifetime. I called A Better Plumber to fix a botched job by another contractor. The plumber who came to my home was Eric George. He was able to narrow down where the leak in bathtub was coming from and then expertly fixed it. Eric was very professional and really knows his trade. He talked me through the leak situation and explained what needed to be fixed and why. He was patient with my lack of knowledge, friendly, and used his sense of humor to help in this very stressful situation. I would definitely recommend him and use him again. Thanks Eric!

We had a problem with our main drainage about 3 weeks ago, the water was backflowing into our basement. Unfortunately, we called Anywhere Rooter randomly, we didn't read any reviews or know any other plumbing companies. We were expecting a quick cleanup, however, one of their plumbers came over to our house and decided after he inspected our pipes that we have a big problem and that some tree roots were blocking our main pipe. He said the only solution to our problem was to dig out the pipes and replace them with new ones! His offer was $5500, we told him to just do a normal clean up because we can't afford to pay that much. He was very pushy and was trying to convince us to get a loan or call our bank! He refused to do a clean up saying that the floor might collapse and he doesn't want to get blamed for damages. We told him that we are done and we’ll call another company, however, he charged us $133, saying that $69 were for driving to our place and $64 for replacing a pipe cap that he had to break to get his camera in. So basically we paid the guy $133 for refusing to fix our problem. The next day we asked the company to send us the video that the plumber supposedly recorded so we can send it to another company so they don’t have to do another diagnosis. Anywhere rooter said that there was no video because we didn't ask their plumber to record it! We decided to just call another company to do a normal clean up which cost us only $100, plus they gave us warranty. It's been three weeks now and our drainage seems to be fine, there is no backflow anymore.

Scheduled appointment… no one ever called to reschedule or showed up. Unprofessional.

Was scheduled by my home warrenty company for a busted warer pipe. The tech did not show up, did not call. Did not return any of my phone calls asking if he was still coming or if we needed to reschedule. When we finally made contact to see if he was still coming we were told that the warranty company never contacted him and Pipe It Up cancelled the job. I still have a busted water pipe.

Paul responded quickly to our sewer backup. He was a professional, and introduced us to the hydrojetting method. It clears the tree roots and it flushes out years of sludge. With his camera we were able to see the cause of the backup and evaluate the condition of the pipes. We are grateful to Paul and recommend him highly. Thank you Paul!
