Called them by 10AM on a Saturday, had a new water heater before 3PM. I mentioned to them that I had to shut off the water to the whole house, and they went out of their way to get here as soon as they could. Needed a few more things done: everything was explained clearly and the price was reasonable. They are fair and honest, and we couldn't ask for anything more than the service we received today. Boris saved the day! Euro Plumbing has my business and referrals from now on.

The plumber that came to our home was nice, professional and courtesy. I explained our problem to Carlisha, she took the time to listen and trouble shoot. After trying to reduplicate the plumbing issue. We agreed it was my children flooding the bathroom was the issue. I never felt like I was rushed,or that my issue was a job for $. Thank you so much Carlisha, and if there ever a problem with our house I would definitely call them 1st and would recommend to friends and family.

Responsive, easy to get an appointment, showed up when he said he was going to, did a great job, and charged less than others with a neighborhood reputation for being the most affordable! Nothing but good things to say, highly recommend. Did pipe relocation, hooked up some sinks, installed shower hardware, etc. Will be calling Jeff in the future for all plumbing issues.

Flow-Rite has helped me with numerous issues in my home. Some that were complicated and one that was not all that complicated, but I had 4 different plumbers look at a leaky shower and they all had insane quotes to fix it stating it was some major issue. Flow-Rite came out, and fixed it easily and without any fuss. They confirmed it was the exact issue I thought it was, a cartridge installation issue. Other companies and plumbers were quoting me $600+ stating it was everything from needing to replace an entire water line in the wall, to needing to gut my whole shower. Obviously, Flow-Rite came in and didn't try to up-sell me on unnecessary repairs. I trust them 100% and I'll never go to a different plumber ever again!

After having a bad plumber and a horrible sprinkler repair guy out to fix my irrigation system- Michael and his team not only called me back right away but were able to do a same day repair professionally and at a very fair price. I couldn’t recommend them higher it was a breath of fresh air after a week of horrible service. My systems back up and works better than before!

Great Service!!!! Plumber, Ross Vickery provided us with wonderful service today. He replaced our hot water heater in a timely manner and explained to us what he was doing as he went about checking different faucets within the household. Ross was polite and friendly while interacting with the children in the household as well. I was informed when we could use the hot water and everything would be up and running. I would highly recommend this company to others!!!!

Mike White was very professional and understood what needed to be repaired. He also installed kitchen sink. He showed me how to turn the water off and check for leaks so I would eliminate water problems. He left my place clean without any mess. I would recommend Mike to anyone who needs a professional good plumber. He went far above what he had to do.

I almost don't want to write this review because I feel dumb 😂 We bought a house this past winter and could not figure out how to get our sprinklers going for the first time. I was given Kris's info from our realtor and reached out. He said he doesn't do sprinklers, but was still willing to come out and take a look. He gave me all the steps I need to turn the system on next year, how to winterize, helped me figure out our zones and then when we found 2 sizeable leaks, gave me great referrals to an irrigation company, and tightened some things that needed a little love. He was so nice and easy to chat with. Thanks again, Kris! You saved the day. I would definitely call Kris again for any plumbing needs we have for our home.

Kyle came to our house this morning, and was great. He evaluated the issue from all angles (in the crawl space and in the bathroom) and helped us determine next steps. He explained everything, and made great conversation too! Great he could check this out on a weekend as well.

Warranty company assigned this service provider to fix my toilet. Justin, the manager or supervisor, said he arrived at my home and knocked and rang the doorbell. I did not hear them. Did he attempt to call me to see if I was home? No. When I called him 20 minutes later he was very rude, unprofessional, and said he would not come back that day. When I attempted to call the office they said he is the supervisor and that I was basically out of luck. Unacceptable, and terrible customer service. I do not recommend this company.
