They answered my call on short notice and installed a water heater at half the price of what I was quoted by a competitor. I used Top Shelf to install ceiling fans in three rooms that did not have existing fixtures. An electrician came out for a free estimate, which was reasonable and in-line with other quotes. The electrician was detailed when going over the scope of work. After deciding to go with Top Shelf, the main office was very easy to work with to find a convenient time. The day of installation went fairly seamless. The electrician was prompt, professional, and did great work. I had a follow up question the next day, and the electrician promptly returned by call. I would recommend Top Shelf - they were professional through the entire process and the work was performed satisfactorily.

Also installed whole home water filter and relocated several plumbing lines as we remodeled and moved sink, added plumbed steam oven, plumbed ice maker and pot filler.

I needed to get touchless faucets installed at my job and I reached out to High 5 Plumbing and I heard back within an hour. They gave me an appointment for the next day. Caleb showed up 10 minutes earlier than expected, wearing a mask and gloves and was nothing but kind and professional. He received the parts needed for the faucet and was able to do the install two days later. He showed up early every time that we had an appointment and he got the job done within 2 hours and the faucets work perfectly now and we have a warranty for two years. Initial contact with this company was good, as when we spoke over the phone I stated I needed A-scope and a recording of my pipes as well as clogged tub when contractors showed up on the 6th to take care of the work I had already had someone come out to take care of the clogged tub as to needing it done sooner he did not have the right equipment to do the scope of work and then when I proceeded to tell the contractor that Yet that he was being recorded for quality assurances when we spoke over the phone stating that's what I needed done and that's not what he was able to provide he proceed to get upset and mumble stuff I then proceeded to ask contractor to leave my house he proceeded to get upset Mind you this is all being recorded via front door camera 2 front cameras as well as multiple side cameras on the house he perceived to get upset when I told the contractor to leave my property multiple times he did not do so very unprofessional and as a business owner this is not how you conduct business in any way shape or form very unprofessional and I would think highly about using this contractor anytime in the future I would think about hiring another contractor to do any of your plumbing needs do not go with this contractor

I called Bruce last night around 9:30 because our basement flooded and he was there in about an hour. Brought in his heavy equipment and got the job done. He was very professional and his pricing was fair. I highly recommend Bruce!

Mike was super quick to respond. He fitted around my schedule and was promptly on-time. I really appreciate his guidance on how to handle the PStops. He is now our business' first point of contact for any issues.

The techs have been outstanding. Ran into a bit of a snafu with the last call and posted a rating of two when the scheduler called 1/2 hour prior to my scheduled time for AC repair to say they would have to push out the appt for 10 days. Pretty upset in 100 degree heat. The scheduler did call back 1.5 hours later to say they would send someone out if I still wanted. Jumped at the chance. He had my system up and running in 1/2 hour. Thank you for taking the time to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe.

Mike White was very professional and understood what needed to be repaired. He also installed kitchen sink. He showed me how to turn the water off and check for leaks so I would eliminate water problems. He left my place clean without any mess. I would recommend Mike to anyone who needs a professional good plumber. He went far above what he had to do.

I found Service Made Easy on Nextdoor and initiated contact via text. We are in a digital economy today and legacy plumbers that work strictly off phone calls don't get my business. I am busy and use digital communication channels. Kris was super compatible with this, giving me quotes, requesting pictures digitally all via text. This is the way.

I am a stickler for details and want to know exactly WHAT is going to be done on the repair and Kris was very attuned to that, explaining everything in very fine detail.

His quote beat all the other plumbers in the area and instead of other plumbers telling me a day and a time range, Kris gave me an exact time that he would show up and he was right on time with another plumber, Laith.

I was very concerned about drywall damage to the wall and Kris reassured me that the access they cut would be done in a very neat manner to make it easy for the drywall repair to take place. True to his word, the drywall removal was done with a high level of precision.

The issue was with two sink drains being too high. They were able to efficiently cut the pipes, lower them, install new P-traps, pitch the drains correctly and Laith even found the main vent pipe was under immense tension when the house was built, and he took care of that for no charge since it was an adjoining pipe. They cleaned up after themselves like they were never there.

Laith even recommended a drywall company they have used in the past who showed up two days later and took care of the drywall repairs and texturing.

Super-fast, super professional, more modern acumen in plumbing knowledge than the older plumbers in the area who are critical and haven't kept up with the times. I also appreciated the high velocity on texting responses with accurate and fair pricing. Give them a shot for your next plumbing project, you will not be disappointed.
