Edit: 2nd call to Euro Plumbing was just as good as job 1. Vanko did an excellent job replacing some leaking valves and a drain. The price was ridiculously good compared to competitors, too.

Excellent and good service from a young man. Héctor came to the rescue when I needed a new faucet installed and to repair a pipe that had been causing me damage. He was clear on pricing and got the job done to perfection. He also installed a water heater for a very reasonable price, nothing like other companies were trying to charge me. The pressure reducing valve started leaking late Friday afternoon. I did a search on line for plumbers and noticed the outstanding reviews for After Hours. I called and spoke with Bruce. Sent a picture to him showing the valve and connection. Within a few minutes he sent a text with a price range assuring me it would be within the range. Art D. responded to my home and was here for two and a half hours - leaving at 7:30PM. Art D. was fantastic. Did an excellent job and left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. I spent the entire time with Art and learned a lot about plumbing. I can't say enough concerning the service and price I received from After Hours. Would I recommend After Hours? ABSOLUTELY!!! And by the way, ask for Art D. You won't be disappointed.

Philip was an awesome guy, very quick, professional, honest, and fairly priced. The job took a bit longer than previously stated because my shower was pretty messed up and her didn't have the part he needed...BUT when the part showed up it took him probably not 30 minutes to fix it. I'm happy to shower im my room again, so thank you!

I called A Better Plumber to come out and repair a toilet that leaked when it was flushed. The technician , Cody was on time and looked at the toilet. He told me that it was 28 years old and probably needed to be replaced. He gave me three options for repair. One was to replace the wax ring for about $600. The second was to replace the wax ring and the insides of the toilet for about $700. Option three was to replace the toilet for a bit over $800. I thought that the estimates were a bit high. I decided to have him replace the toilet since it was so old. He then tried to upsell me for a new shutoff valve because they ‘sometimes break’. The charge for this replacement was a bit over $500. I said to him, why don’t we just turn off the water to the whole house while you replace the toilet, and we will not have to shut off the valve. That seemed like a simple solution to me, but he didn’t offer it to me. After the old toilet was removed, he showed me an issue that the wax ring would not be high enough above floor level. He had a fix for this problem. It was a sort of sleeve that would be added- price would be over $500. I complained that this seemed to be a big over charge for a small modification. He gave me the company line about the cost of training, labor, and warranty. What could I do? He had me over a barrel. So I agreed to the additional fix. My new toilet now was costing me over $1200. I my opinion, a toilet this expensive should play ‘God Save the Queen ‘ whenever I sit down on the throne. The work was done very well, but my issue with them was their very high pricing. This pricing and up selling is unacceptable to me and I will never do business with them again.I just received a phone call from the office manager and they are going to refund the $534 for the sleeve installation. I am grateful for their consideration and have reconsidered. I would do business with them again because they have been fair with me.

Very prompt and friendly service

Why so expensive? Jetting a sewer line should cost between 3-6 hundred. Got charged $1350 for a line that wasn’t too bad, less than 2hrs work. Don’t make the mistake I made, get it done cheaper by someone else

They do a very good job for a good price

Marc Rachal and his NextGen Plumbing company did outstanding work for us. They installed a new shower fixture, and four vanity sinks with new faucet fixtures. They did all of this on time and budget. They were very organized and left a clean worksite at completion. We recommend NextGen Plumbing.
