I am so happy with the response time from King Rooter and the friendly gal who answers the phone . Jeff is the one who actually came out and snaked my main line . He was very professional and nice . I would highly recommend this company.

Only call them if money doesn't matter to you at all!!! I called to have a shower drain cleaned out. They told me the visit to assess would be $59, I had a $30 coupon (which I told the girl on the phone) from the mail and thought... no big deal. He came, stated I had a very minor clog and the charge would be $360. WHAT??? For the record, that's the visit fee and then $300 for maximum 30 minutes of assistance. I said no thank you and said I would just pay the visit fee and I told them I had the coupon on booking. He said that the visit fee wasn't covered by my coupon. Awesome! So I'm out $60 bucks to have some guy come into my house and say that he is going to charge me $600 an hour to run a snake to clear the P trap. It's 1/3 cost to just buy the equipment to do it. Don't waste your time and your money, there are WAY more reasonable plumbers out there.

Called earlier in the week to schedule someone to come clear a slow drain in my shower. Was given a window of 8-11 am for the scheduled day. No call/no show (super cool when you take off work). Won't use this company again.

I will never recommend this company to anyone. Two years ago we had a new swamp cooler installed. Yesterday, the ceiling in my office collapsed from rain water getting in around the seal of the new cooler. Apparently, the old trunk was really corroded and instead of bringing it to our attention, they installed the new unit right on top of it. Had it been brought to our attention we would have had the trunk fixed two years ago. Now we are left with figuring out how to repair this. Never again.

We were recently told that our pressure regulator went out and it would cost around $400-$600 to get it fixed. I found Flow-Rite through a friend and their price beat every competitor in the area! Not to mention, Ruben has been very prompt in answering any and all of my questions. Rob came and replaced the regulator in a very timely manner. These guys are fantastic to work with and I will be recommending them to everybody I know from now on!

I called on a Sunday morning to have someone look at the leak coming from under my dishwasher that eventually made its way to my basement. I spoke with Bruce to schedule the appointment and he was as kind as could be. Art came out that afternoon and thoroughly explained where the leak was coming from and what needed to be done to fix it. He attempted to unclog the drain in my laundry room from all the leaking water but was unable to due to it being an OLD house and having a blockage in the way. Regardless, he was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Pedro was awesome. Not only was he willing to text with my partner to evaluate the problem and see if he could support us problem solving through it, he was then very available to be out 12 hours later first thing in the morning. He was on time and very friendly and helpful. He was able to simplify what was an imevesssrily complicated initial pipe configuration that we inherited with the purchase of our new home. After getting an under mount sink with some new countertops, the entire under sink piping shifted and would not go back. Pedro not only got everything g reconnected but removed some of the unnecessary pieces. Now our under sink area is functioning great and is more spacious. Will refit let continue to have this company be our go to! Thanks again!

Hired HyperFlow to hydrojet our sewer line. They were very responsive, provided a free estimate (including a sewer scope!), and were very organized. They were willing to help us get the project done on a short time frame. The tech even tried to talk me out of the service, since our sewer was in good shape! We proceeded, however, as mandated by the buyers of our property. HyperFlow's pricing is very reasonable. They were clean and efficient once the work started.

Could not be happier with the service from Quality First! They worked us in on the same day and our plumber Nate was super attentive to the problem, actually saving us a lot of money by noticing I had bought the wrong size adapter for the supply lines on our new faucet. We were also having issues reconnecting the drain after replacing sink/countertops, so Nate built a custom p-trap to fit the new dimensions. Would absolutely call these guys again (but I hope I don't have to)!

Philip was an awesome guy, very quick, professional, honest, and fairly priced. The job took a bit longer than previously stated because my shower was pretty messed up and her didn't have the part he needed...BUT when the part showed up it took him probably not 30 minutes to fix it. I'm happy to shower im my room again, so thank you!

I called Service Netwrok in a bind 2 weeks ago. If coursre, my furnance had stopped working on the coldest night we have had this year. Thank God they were able to come out within an hour. Justin, the owner, showed up at 6 on Friday and fixed the problem within 5 minutes. The charge was ridiculously low and he was super nice. I would definitley recommend them. As a single women, I always feel like Im getting taken advantage of when I call to get hire people. This situation was completely different, I was impressed thoroughly and completly trusted their work. I would highly recommend
