We were very pleased by King Rooter. They were friendly and communicative. When unexpected issues happened they treated us fairly. They did the work with great care. Very satisfied!

Brother's Plumbing sent out a technician on 2/4/2023 for an annual maintenance visit to our heating unit. We were subscribed to their membership program. The Technician Ryan came out and after changing the filter, and inspecting the furnace, shut it off without warning to us and refused to turn it back on. He claimed it had holes that made the unit unsafe to operate, and that he was obligated by law to turn the unit off. He could not produce evidence of this requirement when we questioned him. He called his manager Justin to explain the situation who also could not produce evidence of this requirement. The technician refused to turn the unit back on and instead presented us with an estimate for $12,500.00 to replace the unit so that we would have heat.We called another professional company for a second opinion. A few hours later they disputed Brother's claim that the unit was unsafe to operate, needed to be turned off, and replaced immediately. In addition, they, and other contractors familiar with the matter have since confirmed that this is a business strategy used by certain companies such as Brother's. We talked with the Brother's Manager Justin twice during the incident and after the second opinion and were yelled at and insulted rather than offered an apology and a solution.This technician Ryan was clearly trained and likely incentivized in this tactic of false information, intimation, turning the heating unit off under false pretense (and without telling us first), and refusing to turn it back on.This policy that Ryan was referring to requiring him to render the unit inoperable was clearly an internal Brother's policy, not a law.The cost we incurred for the second opinion, inspection of the unit, and subsequently turning it back on (as there was no damage that rendered the unit unsafe to operate) was $149.00.We have since terminated all memberships with Brother's and request them to refund this cost we incurred as result of their fraudulent business practice.

Best part of this was the professionalism. Great company whom i will always use when needing any plumbing issues or projects. Price was so fair and really helped out our family. Dont waste your time calling anyone else!

2nd Experience: Daniel installed a new toilet to hopefully fixed a leaking issue in my basement. He was very professional and honest about the work to be done and completed the work within his estimated time frame.1st experience: Called on Saturday, Steven was at my home at 8:20 Wednesday morning. He was able to assess and propose a solution for my issue and fixed it within the hour. Very professional and clean work. Helpful with explaining everything to this first time home owner. Never felt like I was getting ripped off or led to fix anything unnecessary. He even pointed out (after I paid for this service) a spot on a pipe to keep an eye on and what to look for if any issues with it do develop in the future and what the cost would be to fix it. Will definitely use High 5 Plumbing again in the future!

Cason did a great job clearing the line for my washing machine and kitchen sink. She explained everything clearly and got the job done in a timely manner.

I have used this company alot, both years ago and more recently. As a general rule we get good solid service of snaking out sewer lines at a reasonable price. Most recently we had technician George who did a great job and has been doing it for years. It's not rocket science. If you get a less experienced technician, he may not be as familiar with the subject of sewers, but he can still manage to get the job done and get the blockage cleared.

Kevin West came out to flush out our hot water heater that we had installed with them 2 years ago. Kevin was on time, friendly, knew exactly what to do and took care of us. We have always been happy with Tipping Hat.

We had Ruben and his team, Kat and Juan install drain, sump pump and snake a drain for us. They did a fantastic job and the pricing was fair. You could instantly tell that the Ruben and his team are knowledgeable and I will be calling on them again for future plumbing issues.

Michael with Hyperflow performed miracles for us! We had a difficult pipe fix that some other companies shied away from, but he was able to perform the fix and did a great job. He and the company were upfront about all costs and possible outcomes prior to performing any work and handled themselves in a very professional manner. Their costs were very affordable and we at no time felt taken advantage of or price gouged in the least. I highly recommend this company and we plan to make them our go to for our future needs. I was initially very nervous to use Service Network, due to so many negative reviews online, which is why I wanted to take the time to post a positive experience and review. Like so many others have written, we had to use them to replace our water heater through Fidelity Home Warranty. Our technician Jay was awesome. Super friendly, on time, took the time to explain everything to us, and cleaned up after himself. Alex was pleasant to talk to on the phone as well. I feel bad for everyone who did not have the kind of experience we did. For anyone who chooses to or has to work with Service Network in the future, if Jay is your guy, rest assured.
