Best Service Upgrade in Aurora CO

Called to have my HVAC serviced as it was extremely dusty and dirty from a recent basement remodel. Andre came out to take care of the whole HVAC system. Showed before and after photos of the system and made recommendations for the future. He was very professional and answered any questions I had. He made sure I understood what I would need in the future. Great company that does great work.

Top Shelf is fabulous, they installed my new furnace and air conditioning system. They were courteous and professional. I can’t say enough about their service, they came in the afternoon and stayed until the job was completed even though it was way past their dinner time. They explained everything and answered all my questions. I will definitely call on them again if I need any electrical work done😀

SCAM ALERT!!! Bell came out to my house on a hot summer day when my A/C was broken. The tech told me it was going to be $1500 to come back the next day and fill the a/c with Freon and fix a leak.I called another small business owner who gave me instructions over the phone to let the unit thaw overnight and he would come first thing in the morning to look at it. He charged me $200 to check for a leak, which there wasn’t one. He also told me my unit did not need freon. And then he told me I needed to keep my vents in my basement open so the unit would not freeze up again.SO THAT WAS MY PROBLEM- I NEEDED TO KEEP MY VENTS OPENAND BELL WAS GOING TO CHARGE ME $1500 FOR NOTHINGHere I am a year later and have had no additional problems with my a/c unit.THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!!!!

I contracted Tipping Hat and had a furnace and A/C replacement performed on my property. The support staff and technicians were prompt, communicated very well, and did clean work ensuring to explain everything to me. They were very thorough and kept me in the look on the process to make sure everything went smoothly. Would absolutely recommend and will continue to be a Tipping Hat customer.

Philip was an awesome guy, very quick, professional, honest, and fairly priced. The job took a bit longer than previously stated because my shower was pretty messed up and her didn't have the part he needed...BUT when the part showed up it took him probably not 30 minutes to fix it. I'm happy to shower im my room again, so thank you!

Positive experience. The owner himself (James) came and gave me a price for a new hotwater heater. Later that day, Ryan and Alex came and installed it. The work was carefully and thoroughly done. I got real plumbers -- not sales people. The price was reasonable. I am very happy with our new hot water heater. Will call them again next time I need plumbing help.

We use Oracle Plumbing regularly for plumbing and HVAC issues. Eric and his team are so knowledgeable and keep a professional appearance. So often they are able to fix things after others couldn't so we only use them even if we have to wait. Highly recommend giving them a call.

I would highly recommend this place. They scheduled fast, great communication with detail explanations what happened to out HVAC.
