Don, my first field contact, was more professional, knowledgeable and cordial than anyone in any trade I've met for years. He completely covered all possible scenarios so now I know exactly what's involved and that they could completely handle it.Thank you Don.

Don’t even consider using Brothers for your service needs. I called them for two different items. One was a broken exterior hose bib. They came out and charged me $67 for a trip free to tell me they were going to charge $650+ to replace it. To put that in perspective that’s a $50 part and $600 in labor for a job that’s 1-1.5 hrs of work. Their business model appears to be to have technicians drive around the city and give ridiculous quotes, and only do work for suckers who are willing to pay the overprice fees. My second thing I called them on was an AC maintenance. I have two units, they looked at the first and said I need to fully replace it ($20k quote) and then they didn’t even do the routine maintenance on the other unit. Again charged a $97 for a trip fee and didn’t even do the work I requested. To make matters worse the AC unit they did look at is operating every worse than before I called them. NEVER EVER use these guys. Find a better company!! They are living on a business model of over priced work and hoping they get some people to agree to their high prices since they have a captive audience.

My water heater died Saturday before Easter. I wasn't going to even call over the holiday weekend, but decided to about midday Sunday. They answered the phone. And we agreed to schedule a replacement on Monday. (I was not going to ask someone to come out on Easter sunday), but was glad I could get on their schedule. Monday they arrived promptly at the time we agreed, install was quicker than expected, job is clean and well done. They submitted permit. Much better experience than dealing with some of the mega plumbing outfits I have used in past. Ivo was my technician. He answered all my questions and even gave me extra info about my pressure valve.

I cant remember the guy's name but he showed up on time and finished the job in a timely manner. Thank you.

We had a problem with the old wiring between our thermostat and the furnace. We called Tipping hat. Josh came out the same day, found the issue, ran new wire, and made sure everything was working properly. Fast service, great quality, and very responsive. We don’t call anyone else. Highly recommend!

I have flipped a few properties and went through every bad plumber in the Denver area. My contractor buddy told me he only uses Flow-Rite. Now I have used them on every property I have owned. The best is being able to text Rubin with my problem and he responds with a time they can come out. Makes it so easy.
This is the company when someone mentions needing a plumber you say, YOU HAVE TO USE MY PLUMBER. My Wife always brags about how one of our properties we were selling, a leak in the wall came up in the inspection. Flow-Rite came out, found the hole on the first attempt so we only had a 6 inch patch in the drywall. It was next level impressive.

Millennial arrived after my first bid from a competitor came in. They were honest and saved me 2300 dollars for the same job!!! Michael was quick to organize his crew to perform an emergency replacement of the main sewer line section. His quote was the best and communication was excellent throughout the entire process. When the city delayed the inspection, Michael hounded them so we could stay at the front of the line. Despite the large amount of work, the whole process was very low stress. I am entirely satisfied with the work and will definitely use Michael for future plumbing needs.

Have had a few repair instances with these folks and while the service has been great, scheduling an appointment has been difficult at times.Josh, Ray, and Dustin did a great job with, respectively, my AC repair, bathtub trim replacement, and annual HVAC checkup appointments. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and got the job done efficiently.However, it took weeks to get my bathtub trim replacement appointment set up. I had a very difficult time getting ahold on the project coordinator and there was constant confusion with which service I needed and what my estimate was. My AC repair and HVAC checkup appointments were in contrast incredibly easy and straightforward to set up so maybe it was just a busy period or a one off instance but it did make me more hesitant to go back to Quality First.
