Best Replacement in Aurora CO

Our sewer line had a HUGE meltdown that came out of nowhere (or so we thought). The line had been inspected a year prior when we bought the house and it was *fine*. It was 100% not fine. After cleaning up a lot of poo, we called King Rooter on the recommendation from Good To Go Sanitation and they not only helped us, they came out that week and did a trenchless sewer line repair. Our line was a bit of a bear and had some surprises (sorry, King Rooter!), but it's done and we're happy! Thank you!

New Water heater had defective part. Came out first thing next morning and replaced part. First time they came to replace hot water heater and due to concrete problem could not get lid up to turn water off. They did not charge me. Also advised me who to call and attempted for 20 minutes to fix and pop the lid which wasn't even his job to fix itI Andon went above and beyond. he explained everything to me thoroughly. Good price.

Tipping had responded quickly to my call and investigated the water heater issue. But they quoted $5K to replace a 29 gallon water heater in an 800 SF condo. I called some others and had the work done by a different plumber for less than half that. I feel like they'll gouge you if they can. Will not call them back again.

Brian, Master Plumber, was a delight to work with. His assessment of our guest bathtub plumbing issue was succinct in the work needed and a reasonable quote. No up-selling and no guess work on what the issue might be. When he did the work, he was on-time, professional, performed the work in the time-frame quoted, and cleaned-up. He was conscientious in doing the work without busting tile, which is what we were prepared to have done. The peace of mind we have with the work done, has us speechless. Jason was referred to me by a friend. When I called the office to make an appointment, Tiffany gave me good information about what I could expect in terms of cost. When Jason arrived with Jake, they were courteous, put on their little blue booties, and were wearing their masks. I told them I had to leave for work at a certain time and they honored my timeline.
