Matthew was the best handyman we've ever had. He installed a new toilet and explained things to us as he worked. He even waited for us to go buy a new toilet when we discovered our original was cracked in the shipping box. Would highly recommend.

Paul is great, and Brothers in general! They were the first place to call me and get me an appointment. I was getting offers of an initial inspection 14 days out! I also felt very safe. They were communicative about who was coming and when, even sent me a text and email with his PICTURE before he arrived so I knew I was opening the door to the right person. Never had that before but it definitely helped me feel better opening the door to a stranger! Paul was very thorough and understanding, and made sure I understood what needs to be done before he left, and then followed up with a bunch of pictures and notes about the appointment.Update: dropped a star because they were going to way overcharge me. Everything else still stands, but I went with another company. They quoted me $6200 for the repairs I needed and they were completed for $3770.

Andon was on time and very professional. He wore his face mask along with foot coverings when he entered our home. Andon was quick and to the point and cleaned up after himself along the way. We will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs!!!

I love this company. We had problems with our furnace for 20 years. I got a price from another company, and it felt like a high-pressure sales tactic, so I called Top Shelf. They replaced my furnace and air conditioner for a reasonable rate. They came out quickly, and once I gave the approval, they replaced both units in one day. The other guys were going to be 2-3 days, and their price was significantly higher.

Hector answered an ad my husband and I placed for plumbing work. He was very polite, and came to the house to give us a free estimate. We chose to hire him amid quite a few other plumbers who gave us estimates, because I felt we could trust him and that he was being honest.
Hector did extensive work cutting portions of our cement foundation out, in order to put in new plumbing for two new bathrooms. (One on the main level, and one downstairs.) He also did the plumbing to create a laundry room on the main level instead of the basement where it had been. We love it!
Hector was on time, respectful, and he finished the job in 3 days of work. This young man started his own business and he definitely takes pride in his work, making sure he does everything right the first time. The piping was in place, and the cement was replaced by him perfectly. We will be working with Hector, who is most certainly a knowledgeable young man of integrity, for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

The plumber that came to our home was nice, professional and courtesy. I explained our problem to Carlisha, she took the time to listen and trouble shoot. After trying to reduplicate the plumbing issue. We agreed it was my children flooding the bathroom was the issue. I never felt like I was rushed,or that my issue was a job for $. Thank you so much Carlisha, and if there ever a problem with our house I would definitely call them 1st and would recommend to friends and family.

Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

I explained to the receptionist that our water was leaking into the wall and we needed someone as quickly as possible. She was able to arrange that and Doug was there pretty quickly after that. Doug explained everything as we went along, worked quickly and was very efficient as far as I could tell. I would give him a very high rating for sure.

We've been doing business with Tippinghat for over a year, and they've always been on time, proved that they were experts, and explained everything we wanted to know. We had Ruben and his team, Kat and Juan install drain, sump pump and snake a drain for us. They did a fantastic job and the pricing was fair. You could instantly tell that the Ruben and his team are knowledgeable and I will be calling on them again for future plumbing issues.

If you got a problem, call my man Bruce and he'll be there to fix it with the quickness! He was able to find, diagnose, and repair a cracked pipe in no time at all and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Honest, on time, and professional!

We had a main line sewer backup that was cored and in need of jetting. This happened on a weekend, and Hyper Flow Service Company was able to send Jeremy out the same day when I called on Sunday. Jeremy jetted the line and got it unblocked. He also showed us the entire line on the camera once it was clear. He was very helpful and very quick and efficient!

I was in a bind when another plumber cancelled on me one hour before he was due to arrive. I needed the work done that day. When I told Mike my situation he managed to squeeze me in. His fee was very reasonable and even saved my money by telling me he could use some of my old parts instead of new ones I had on hand for the project.

This is a great company and they care about their customers. I had a problem with my furnace system on several different days. Spoke with Emily and Angela over the phone and the customer service was amazing and quick. Technicians were Brandon, Emilio and Sam. Brandon was great with communication and informed me when parts would be available and made sure I was kept in the loop the entire time. They did much more work than needed just to make sure my issues were handled and I really appreciated this. This will be my go to for all HVAC services. Thanks!
