I've used Brothers plumbing several times and all of the technicians have been very professional and knowledgeable about their professions whether it's been plumbing, or heating and cooling. Very happy with the service and comfortable with a job well done.

Our first experience with Euro Plumbing was great. Andon came at the exact time we scheduled. He was very polite, identified the problem and explained everything clearly, Then instead of ordering the part from his supplier and scheduling a second visit, which has been our experience with another plumbing business, he went out and got the part and installed it. He was a done in a couple of hours in one afternoon. Shower works perfectly. Definitely recommend Andon and Euro Plumbing and will use them again.

Johan did an amazing job installing our new light fixture. I won't try to explain everything he did but he really went above and beyond a basic light install to get our new fixture placed exactly where I wanted it despite not having a stud in the ceiling where he needed one, he made it happen and it looks fantastic! He was also so friendly and nice to work with. He also installed a simpler one in lightening speed and fixed a little hole in our ceiling where the old fixture had been. A+ to Top Shelf!

Brian and Jason were both great! They took the time to explain to me exactly what needed to be done and why. They did a high quality and thorough job, including testing everything and cleaning up after the work was complete.

Needed help getting water lines moved for the washer to relocate it in the house I just bought. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and did a quick amazing job!

I was able to schedule to meet my availability and Dan took care of the line rooting and provided some helpful suggestions. The over the phone and consistent pricing is a great benefit. No surprise charges like other companies. Best gift to myself this holiday was a clean drain line and peace of mind.

Our boiler failed right before our trip for Thanksgiving. While on a trip I reached out to a number of Boiler repair / replacement shops to get quotes on a replacement. Our unit was 70 years old at this point so we were looking to upgrade to a high efficiency unit.The bids, in general, were around the same ballpark of cost (+/- 3k of each other). My SIL was still in town and facilitated the walk through for each of the shops and she said her experience with Tipping Hat was the most thorough and pleasant. All of this was done on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. And I was able to talk to our rep Adam over the phone and he answered all the questions I had about converting to a combi unit for domestic + heating and he was able to convince us that this was the best route.Come Friday we had all our quotes and we were down to our final 2 shops. One was about 5k less than Tipping Hat and I was able to talk to Adam who then talked to his boss to work on their quote and in the end we had a favorable reduced price and extended agreement for service and support so we were sold.The installation crew (Floyd, Juan, and Jesus) came out the following Tuesday (15F outside and snowing) and they worked for 12hrs to get our heat back on for the night. They had to come out the following day to tidy everything up, but they were absolutely professional, informative, and did some of the best work I have ever seen with plumbing.While they ended up being the most expensive, their professionalism, punctuality, ability to work with us, and installation skill makes it all worth it. Highly recommended!

Had the pleasure of meeting Thomas and Chris today to get a second opinion on sewer line work. First, I must say they did a great job acknowledging our pets and were respectful with our dog training (this stuff matters for animal lovers like us!). As far as professionalism, Thomas and Chris were both easy to talk with, explained the steps well, and were able to answer questions I had. They were both very helpful and I appreciated their time today.

This company is absolutely terrible. We had to use this company because of our home warranty. If we had to do it all over again we would have never used this company and opted to pay a real plumber. These incompetent, rude, and classless individuals flooded my crawl space on 2 separate occasions and provided no clean up or remedy of any kind. The incompetence I witness was truly astounding so much so I had an actual plumber come fix their dreadful work. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. If you have a home warranty that is making you use this company just go elsewhere it is well worth the cost. The plumbers did not clean up after themselves or fix the damage they created like the massive hole in my wall or my flooded crawl space (twice). The plumbers stomped around my house in their dirty shoes and left frequently for parts. In fact we waited one week for them to get the correct part and when the plumber arrived a week later he promptly went to the store for a part! An illustration of their absolute incompetence. Service Network Plumbing & Heating caused more damage to my home than existed before they were contracted by my home warranty company. I hope this review saves someone from the horrors that Service Network Plumbing and Heating created for me and my home.
