Brothers was able to come out the same day as my call for help with service on our thermostat that seemed to have turned off. The technician, Johnathan was great, very good about communicating what had occurred and how he fixed it. Also possible work that could be done to improve the system, without being pushy about getting that work done. We love all of our experiences with Brothers Heating and Plumbing!

Another terrific service from Bell. Our drain from the kitchen area had issues (backing up). The camera showed an issue starting 1 foot in. The team of Adam, Josh, and Dylan cut through the foundation, found the break and identified the best way to fix the line. A neat job professionally done. Passed city/county inspection and repaired concrete. I’m a customer for life. Good employees = good service.

My son went to disconnect my old dishwasher and had a shower when he tried to close the shutoff under the sink. Plumbing is not his favorite field so we called our friends at Tipping Hat and they sent Andrei who arrived on time and with a fully stocked truck. He recognized the issue and gave me the quote quickly. Since he had everything needed for the repair, I gave the go-ahead and he performed the repair in no time. He was a master plumber who checked all faucets for leaks, repaired one dripper and then left. Andrei is really good at his job and an excellent example of TH employees. Yep, I know to call TH for any issue with my plumbing, heating or electrical. I get good service and good value from the technicians. Andrei is solid and I trust him and TH to take care of my home.

Igor was recommended by a neighbor who is a painter. I have used him twice and and both times he was on time, gave me a fair quote once he saw what needed to be done, did the work as promised and no problems whatsoever. I trust his recommendations, he really seems to know what he is doing and doesn't try to upsell just to make more money. If I tell him I want a quick, cheap fix, he will do it or if I want something to last, he will tell me the best way. I feel like I am in good hands and can count on Igor for any plumbing needs. He replaced cartridges in my shower and bathroom faucets. Replaced the drain and stopper in a bathroom sink, replaced all hoses and valves to the sink faucets and toilets, installed a garbage disposer, installed an air conditioner condensation drain, installed a water main shut off valve and replaced gas shut off valves to the furnace and water heater. We just moved into the house and wanted to make sure everything was in working order since the faucets were dripping, the drain pipe broke and air conditioner was leaking. I will be calling Igor for all our pluming needs from now on and highly recommend him!

Bruce was able to come out, on a Saturday evening no less, to fix two gas leaks that Xcel had identified. He got right to business: verified the leaks and then fixing him. He was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call Bruce again for help!

Michael who is the owner is a very nice guy. He answered our call this morning and was at our house and had our problem fixed by the afternoon. Almost all the other places were 3 days to a week out. Reasonable up front pricing is a big deal for me. No tricky price changing or anything like that. He fixed our hot and cold water pipes coming into the kitchen sink. The lines and handles and everything he did is a big upgrade to the cheap stuff the home builders used. He did a great job, cleaned up everything after he was done and wore the shoes covers even when walking around our home which I liked a lot. I will recommend him to my family and friends. Philip was an awesome guy, very quick, professional, honest, and fairly priced. The job took a bit longer than previously stated because my shower was pretty messed up and her didn't have the part he needed...BUT when the part showed up it took him probably not 30 minutes to fix it. I'm happy to shower im my room again, so thank you!

Gage Hawks was my plumber and he went above and beyond to help me on the same day I called. He talked to me openly about different options at different price points, and explained the pros and cons of each. I now have hot water again, and he readily worked around my crazy work schedule - even taking my dog out for me before he left, when I’d already been at work for several hours. Great service, quality work, very personable.

Scheduled a free quote. The guy showed up early, called me but didn't leave a vm. Really, like who picks up random numbers these days. Not even a text. Anyway it sounds like a got home 10 minutes later after moving my schedule around to make it happen. Bad first impression. They might do great work but ill never know..
