High 5 Plumbing provided excellent and efficient service for us when our water heater unexpectedly broke. My husband and I had just recently bought our home and were really taken off guard when we had to deal with this all of a sudden. Another plumber came by earlier in the day and provided us with an inflated price with no explanation, and we felt like we were taken advantage of in our situation. I called High 5 Plumbing and they were empathetic to our situation and gave us the best price with a breakdown of what exactly we were getting with our purchase. They were prompt in their arrival and were able to replace our water heater within a few hours! Steven Till was the one who responded with another man, who we did not get his name but was also excellent, and they even provided us with an explanation of our new system as well as a membership for future services with them and their tested contracted companies for other house emergencies/issues. As new home owners and new to the area, we felt that they were authentic and professional and gave us avenues for contacts that we will be utilizing if anything else comes up with the house. We would definitely recommend them to any friends or colleagues that run into similar problems!

I am a very happy customer: the guys at Bell Plumbing (Brad, Adam, and Mike) recently completed an install of a washer/dryer in my historic condo. The job was extremely complex and required building an entire new drain stack and water supply through my downstairs neighbor's unit and into the crawl space of our building. They did an AMAZING job and I cannot recommend them enough. Despite encountering a number of roadblocks after we opened up the walls, they persevered, communicated seamlessly, and accomplished an incredibly difficult project, all at a reasonable cost. I will be using Bell Plumbing again in the future. Thanks guys!

I have used Tipping Hat before and was very satisfied with their service. I had a new combo boiler/hot water heater installed and am very happy with the end result. They were prompt and professional. Will use them again if needed. Billy, Floyd, Juan, and Jesus were fantastic. Not only are they experts at heating, cooling, plumbing and electric, but are proficient at computer technology. I am a very satisfied customer.

This company was selected by our (terrible) home warranty company to come out and fix our kitchen sink and master bathroom.
My first indication of how horrible our experience was going to be was when the contracted plumber called me to schedule an appointment. We decided on a Thursday between 12-4. On Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM, the plumber calls me to say he is on his way. I had to remind him our appointment wasn’t until Thursday afternoon. He then proceeded to think it was Thursday morning at 8 AM, to which I had to kindly remind him no, the appointment is scheduled for Thursday between 12-4. I can understand getting dates and times mixed up, but there is a level of professionalism expected with any business, and it was concerning he confused our appointment time several times.
When the plumber actually did arrive for the appointment, he was able to fix the kitchen sink, but not the master bathroom, as the bathroom was not covered under our warranty, yet he proceeded to charge us for something he couldn’t even fix. He technically only replaced and fixed one part, yet we were somehow charged double.
Additionally, I find it absurd that this plumber has accused my husband and I of hiring an outside contractor, because he that there were “tools” next to the shower. The plumber reported this information back to our home warranty company, and they have denied our claim due to this. Not only did I find this accusation completely out of line, but incredibly rude and unprofessional. In all my years of customer service, I have never outright accused a customer of wrong-doing. Common sense would suggest that maybe we had tried to adjust the faucet ourselves, and left our tools there. Additionally, what plumber would leave a set of tools at a client’s house?
Steer clear of Express Plumbing, as they will overcharge you for anything and everything.

Philip was an awesome guy, very quick, professional, honest, and fairly priced. The job took a bit longer than previously stated because my shower was pretty messed up and her didn't have the part he needed...BUT when the part showed up it took him probably not 30 minutes to fix it. I'm happy to shower im my room again, so thank you!

Kris and Laith did an exceptional job on my new master bathroom! I was very pleased with the cost, the timeline, and the work they completed for all of the rough in plumbing for the brand new bathroom. As a big DIY’er, I appreciated their willingness to give me pointers for the work I was wanting to take on myself, without discouraging me! Highly recommend.

Returning from vacation, of course, the water heater is leaking. Every plumber call only had appointments for sometime in the future, not A Better Plumber. Kyle showed up and the magic happened. He was so professional, nice, funny, and knew his stuff.Thank you, Kyle 100%.

Pipe it up helped us with shower problems and provided a quick turnaround. Victor did a great job (he actually completed 2 jobs with us) and no problems anymore with our shower. The other job was adding a sink in our basement which works wonderfully. Thanks a bunch!
