Extremely professional. Arrived on time. Didn’t even charge me as the owner said “I didn’t really fix it.” (By the time he showed up the toilet starting functioning again).

I have used Bell for multiple jobs over the years. I don't have to worry about the quality of the work and all their personnel are well trained and professional.

Kathi and Taiwana were both very pleasant on the phone. Kathi got us set up right away with Michael. Michael was out the next day at the expected time. He looked over our situation thoroughly and checked everything out. While there he noticed that the water heater was due to be changed and reminded us of that. He was never pushy and never rude , and easy to get along with. He was knowledgeable and his work was quality work. He was detailed in his explanation of what could be done and gave us many options, indicating the price of each option.He finished the work in 2 days. Explained everything as he went and gave us maintenance instructions. He also cleaned up after himself. We will always call Michael for our plumbing needs now. He was a pleasure to work with. We felt the cost was fair for the scope of the work.

I was having a washer/dryer combo installed at our daughters condo unit and the shutoff valve to the water hookup for the washer broke. The water to 7 other units had to be shut off to stop the water from pouring from the broken w/d shutoff valve. After calling a couple of other plumbers, who couldn't serve the emergency until the next day; Greg with Quality was sent to the job. Upon arriving, Greg assessed the situation asked the necessary questions to provide a quote to get my unit repaired and the building back online. Greg provided 2-quotes and a full explanation of the work to be completed. The work was done to my satisfaction and in the amount of time projected for the repairs. I made a follow-up call to Greg as the hot water was not flowing to my unit. Through FaceTime, Greg patiently walked me through getting the hot water running through the lines. (The hot water valve and pump had been shut off by the installation tech who was trying to shut off the water to the unit). I can not say if what I paid was a good price as I was not in a position to price shop . I can only attest to the fact that what was needed to be done was done and Greg was efficient, thorough and professional.

Malcom found all the problems we'd had with our evaporative cooler (including a complete bird nest that he needed to clean out). He fixed everything so that it runs better than it ever has in the past. He took pictures of the work and informed me about things that will need attention in the future. He was very professional and friendly. We'll be calling him for future plumbing work!

Worst company I've ever had to do business with. Tech came out, never stepped foot inside my house to check the thermostat, nor to check how much cold air was blowing out. Never hooked anything up to my AC unit to see what it was putting out. He told us he would put a sealant and recharge it and it will be back to working and I would be good for a year. It worked for less than a week. Disputed the charge with my bank as i was told this was the best possible solution to fixing my unit. Never was told I need a new unit or anything. Come to find out from 4 other companies that I should have had my coils and compressor replaced and it would be in my best interest to get a new unit. ARS tech never said any of this. When I called back about my service the first time someone answered the phone who definitely didn't care about her job as when she answered she said 'what do you need' how about how may I assist you. I was outraged and contacted them again after a day and told them everything. I was told they couldn't believe me and had to send their best technician out to confirm what the previous tech had done. I was told I would be the first appointment between 8am-12pm on Thursday June 4th, 2020. I wasn't called until 9:40am telling me the guy can't make it until one because he has another appointment. Excuse me! I was told I was the first call on Thursday. I moved all my other plans back to later in the day and the rest of this week just to abide by their request of sending someone out to check it. This is the worst experience I have ever had and the only good part was that the lady who answered the phone the second time did everything she could to help me. The manager wouldn't even speak with me nor would they listen to what I was saying. Its been 90° in my house ever since it stopped working again. The tech that came out even tried to sell me other services and told me to get a home depot credit card and he could also help getting us a new car when we never even brought this up at all. Worst service ever.

They did a great job! I had a pipe that busted, called them and they were there in about 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable and they were friendly. I will definitely use them in the future. They do bathroom remodeling as well, which i also need done soon; and i plan on calling them up for the job.

Wayne and his apprentice Jaiden were a pleasure to work with. I felt they were quick, honest and affordable. I will use them again if needed.
