Best Plumbing System Inspection in Aurora CO
The technician showed up each day (consultation and perform work) when he said he would. The job appears complete with no known issues. Very pleased with the timeliness of the services.

Peter was great. He replaced the busted pipe to our sprinkler system that froze over the winter and figured out what caused the issue and corrected that as well. He also tackled a separate issue we were having with our tub while he was there. Love the two hour window and he was right on time. Would definitely recommend.

It was easy to work with Bell from planning through install. I had a number of questions which were answered to my satisfaction. I was given a couple options regarding my furnace install and they worked to get our preferences met. They left the house clean and were very professional. Will do business again.

Had Tipping Hat come look at my furnace since it was leaking condensate. They gave me two options either install a condensate pump or put in a new furnace. They wanted $1500 for the condensate pump and $9000 + for a new furnace. They did not show me any quotes so these prices seemed extremely steep. I'm assuming they are working on commissions. Needless to say, I went to Home Depot and bought my own condensate pump and materials and installed it myself for less than $200.

Jesus did an amazing job!! Very professional, was done in a timely manner, no hidden fees!!! He was on time and also answered all of our questions. As first time home owners we had no clue what any of this was and Jesus made sure to explain in detail. We got other quotes from others that weren’t happy to answer questions and their prices were overwhelming!! Definitely recommend this company!!

This company was selected by our (terrible) home warranty company to come out and fix our kitchen sink and master bathroom.
My first indication of how horrible our experience was going to be was when the contracted plumber called me to schedule an appointment. We decided on a Thursday between 12-4. On Wednesday morning at 7:30 AM, the plumber calls me to say he is on his way. I had to remind him our appointment wasn’t until Thursday afternoon. He then proceeded to think it was Thursday morning at 8 AM, to which I had to kindly remind him no, the appointment is scheduled for Thursday between 12-4. I can understand getting dates and times mixed up, but there is a level of professionalism expected with any business, and it was concerning he confused our appointment time several times.
When the plumber actually did arrive for the appointment, he was able to fix the kitchen sink, but not the master bathroom, as the bathroom was not covered under our warranty, yet he proceeded to charge us for something he couldn’t even fix. He technically only replaced and fixed one part, yet we were somehow charged double.
Additionally, I find it absurd that this plumber has accused my husband and I of hiring an outside contractor, because he that there were “tools” next to the shower. The plumber reported this information back to our home warranty company, and they have denied our claim due to this. Not only did I find this accusation completely out of line, but incredibly rude and unprofessional. In all my years of customer service, I have never outright accused a customer of wrong-doing. Common sense would suggest that maybe we had tried to adjust the faucet ourselves, and left our tools there. Additionally, what plumber would leave a set of tools at a client’s house?
Steer clear of Express Plumbing, as they will overcharge you for anything and everything.

Pedro is absolutely the consummate professional. He was fair, prompt, knowledgeable, personable and went out of his way to save me money on the repair of my hose bib. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Jon was not just on time but a little bit early. He solved the two problems that we had quickly and was very professional. He explained our options to us and told us what each option would cost. We will definitely be calling Hyper Flow again when we are ready to install a new toilet.

Josh re ran plumbing pipes for my shower and vanity. In addition, he replaced my water meter dome. He wore a mask and gave me a fair price for great work!

Fast/Fantastic customer service. For starters the customer service from the office staff is wonderful. I started scheduling my appointment online and was contacted the next day to finish scheduling. I got a reminder call for the appointment the day before as well as a could we swing by early (if your available) call that day of the appointment, which worked out great because we were able to get our day started earlier than expected. The plumber that came out (Paul) was very professional and got the job done in no time at all. His work was also phenomenal. I needed a 90 degree elbow repaired on my sprinkler system after the solder broke on my previous one. I knew the work on the original elbow was rough at best (hence why I needed work done), and it became even more apparent after Paul finished his work. His soldering was extremely clean and highly professional looking.Thank you to all involved on helping us get our plumbing issue fixed. We will surly be using this company again for any future needs we might have.
