King Rooter ended up being our choice for a plumbing and sewer line issue in our home. This was because they were one of only a few vendors in town who offer epoxy lining replacement as opposed to the invasive trenching and having our basement walls torn up, as suggested by other companies.

King Rooter did amazing work that has had us up and running again for over a month with no problems. The only reason I have given a 4/5 rating overall is because there were issues coordinating the time slot and days for the work to take place. Otherwise, King Rooter was a pleasure to work with and we really appreciate being up and running again without having to tear up our basement.

Dimitar came out quickly to give us a quote for a new hot water heater after ours failed; even helped us with getting part of the cost covered as the heater was still under warranty. Dado was very easy to talk to and explained everything in terms that I was able to understand. Dado was very professional and efficient. My door and chime were replaced very quickly. This was a very painless experience. I would highly recommend Bell Plumbing and Dado Perovic was an excellent tech. Dado had an apprentice Nathan with and was a great teacher of what was being done.

Andrei was helpful and thorough with installing new pipes for air admittance valves for my kitchen sink. He was well knowledgeable and even gave me tips about future proofing my home. Andrei is great and I’m happy to have him back at anytime.

Go elsewhere. Did work that we didn't authorize, asked for clarification, without explanation, immediately threatened with a property lien. Waiting on invoice so I can pay him and he can stop sending angry emails. I hope he stops sending them once he's paid at least. Plumbing was good though. So there's that.

Igor took on a nightmare gas plumbing re-pipe project at our house and we are so glad to have found him and Express Plumbing. He was able to get the work completed before some of the other companies we reached out to were able to even come out for a quote, and was the most affordable by far. We had a sewer line that was backing up due to root growth. Jeremy Paez with Hyper Flow came out the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem, temporarily resolved it and eliminated it the next day. The cost was reasonable, and Jeremy was super professional and efficient. I will definitely use this company again.

Just wanna to say had a good experience with this company and the tech Chris Montes didn't do nothing but wut needed to be done.
